We tend to do it more in the winter than in the middle of the summer.  They are very friendly. Occasionally the equipment doesn't function completely properly and it is down so we can't use it but that's only occasional. The pricing, well, if I were taking advantage of my membership, it would be excellent. The problem is we only go in frequently so it is a little expensive for the amount of times that we go there but I would say if somebody is really interested in regular attendance it is excellent.

It's a beautiful new facility. We really like the kids pool. The rock climbing wall is top notch, with experienced climbers. There are many great classes.Overall it is a fantastic facility for a reasonable price.

It was wonderful! They offer classes and a great workout room, cycling and pool. I have hada wonderful experience with their staff. They are always patient and friendly. Their stay and play workers are always nice and patient with my children (even when they are crying) however do not expect anymore than just a supervised area for your child to play in. they do not interact with them much more than that. They do try to soothe crying babies and will give bottles if you leave one.

The BMAA is an excellent school that focuses on the essence of Martial Arts. Master Gary, Michael, Steve, Perry and the rest of the BJJ team were incredibly professional and helpful. I highly recommend this gym due to its family drive and dedication to the craft.

I do like the gym, especially the pool during summer. Everyone at the gym is friendly. My only complaint is that it is expensive so I'm not sure if I'll renew. I really wanted to try personal training but can't justify spending all that money.

You will have to wait to see Dr. Martorana but it is worth it. If you are the first or second patient in the morning you are okay but he will take the time to explain things. He is a good person and very thorough. The staff is nice but they are very busy and need to get people in and out. They are professional but can seem a little abrupt.

Overall, the initial appointment and subsequent appointments have gone fabulously.
Activate is the only place I have ever found true success with real, lasting weight loss and nutrition. The staff genuinely cares and encourages you to dig deep to get to the goals you set upon yourself. You will not only learn the best and most efficient way to lose weight, you learn what it takes to keep it off. It is not a fad or a and quot;diet planand quot; center with pre-packaged breakfast, lunch and dinners, or pills to swallow to suppress your appetite and journals to count your points in. Activate is a fitness center that cultivates living a healthy way of life. It's a place with real people who truly understand because they too have had through their own struggles. It is not a spa where you won't break a sweat and it's not boot camp where someone will break you. Activate is a place where you will get results at the pace you dictate for you. I am a walking testament that it works.

My trainer Caitlin Atkins is superb. We train on land. My aquatic trainer did not seem to understand the difference between an injury and post-surgical exercise and I was set back some. it took my own digging to figure out that the hard pool floor was hurting my foot and buy aquatic shoes. That was not a time to push through the pain. However Caitlin has washed that bad experience away and created programs for me that have progressed gradually. She is intelligent, VERY efficient, and flexible. While I am
not going to rejoin the MAC because it is THE most expensive place in our area and they do not provide military discounts as do other facilities I would recommend Caitlin without reservation.

I have been using them for years and have a family membership which costs about $60 per month. This facility does fine by us and it is easy to get in. We are building a new YMCA but this one is fine too. I will use this again in the future.

I'm not real happy with the gym as it is because it's kind of a mess, but the trainer is good. It needs to be redone. Ballys Total Fitness is the old name, but La Fitness bought them out and they still haven't taken down the Ballys although it happened quite a while ago. The paper work has been done, but they haven't switched over. I've been going there since 1977. I like my personal trainer. His name is Brendan Black and he's excellent. I spend $160 a month and I only see him 4 times a month. My overall experience with him is excellent. He doesn't really have anything to do with the office because that's where he works. His punctuality is great. His communication and effectiveness of treatment is good. He doesn't handle the billing and administration.
