    AmeriPro Remodeling LLC
Aleks was very professional and responsive during our whole renovation. His attention to detail was far beyond other contractors I have worked with in the past, making sure everything was done correctly. Our entire bathroom needed to be gutted including pipes, baseboards, floors, electricity, vent, tile, ...everything. The shower tile is seamless, the hand cut countertop fits perfectly, and the ideas he brought took the bathroom to another level. Just to list a few- Bluetooth speaker/vent, additional recess lighting, LED mirror, and built in shower shelves. I cannot say enough good things about AmeriPro and Aleks, and am looking forward to working with him on future endeavors.

ALL PAINTING & POWER WASHING, LLC
Great experience with All painting & Powerwashing. Steve came in and gave us an estimate promptly. John, Brian and his crew arrived on time each day to repair drywall and paint our entire basement. They worked very hard and were completed within 3 days. We are planning to use them again for work on upper floors and would highly recommend for this type of job.

    B.C.G. BUILDING SOLUTIONS, LLC.
Brian and Terry arrived on time and were professional and precise in detailing the days job. Upstairs plumbing issue unrelated to the companys work caused damage to the ground floors overlying ceiling. They patched the two foot by two foot hole, painted and ended the day with the living room as clean as when they arrived that morning, albeit with a great looking ceiling rather than one that looked like an anvil had fallen through it. Would hire them again certainly.

    JSW Painting LLC
I am so thankful I found JSW! They are so reasonably priced and very professional. They cleaned up after each job, and even cleaned up after a different contractor! They do high quality finish and drywalling work that you can only learn from years of experience. Additionally, my schedule and needs kept changing, and Jen was so kind to work with my unpredictably. I recommend them to all my friends, and I will call them again.

    capital Improvement Contractors
This review has been a long time coming and some may deem it too far gone, but I feel led to post it wherever possible so the maximum amount of individuals can see this review and be warned. I am still dealing with the fall out of this contractor's work. I DO NOT AND WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND VALI HASAN, HIS WIFE, LISA, OR THEIR "CREW" TO ANYONE. My husband and I were referred to Capital Improvement Contractors through a business associate and it remains, to date, the worst decision of our life. We did a 203k renovation that consisted of knocking walls out of the first level to create an open concept, 2 bathrooms and finishing the basement. We were told that this reno would take 2-3 months to complete (*note: it took nearly 6mths.) So my husband and I (while pregnant) took our two small children and moved out of the property the first week of June. We had to continue to pay our mortgage while simultaneously paying rent in our apartment so time was definitely of the essence for us. No one from CIC stepped foot in to our home for the first 3 weeks and then when they did, it took another 4.5wks to demo. Vali's team is a random assortment of individuals whom he has appeared to collect, none of whom are actually certified or licensed for the task in which they are assigned. The "electrician" severely overloaded and incorrectly labeled our box. There are several GFIs that used to work before the reno and now do not as well as the doorbell now being in operable. Vali's team also caused a small fire to break out at the property while rewiring the kitchen. In addition, the quality of work of CIC leaves a lot to be desired. It seems Vali's subcontractors, sub contract the work and you truly never know who will be working in your home. On more than one occasion we came to check in on the progress only to find beer bottles lying around our property, a worker smoking inside our home, a bathroom was being demolished though that part of the home was not in the scope of work, our custom built in bookshelves were carelessly broken and several important, sentimental items missing. Both Vali and Lisa seemed to nickel and dime clients to make a bigger buck. I understand being paid for their work, but having us as clients go to the store to select our flooring, allowing us to see the total bill for materials plus installation and then charging us $5k on top of that seems exorbitant. In another instance, Lisa and I spoke about cabinetry and when I came to the property the day before install, I noticed they were incorrect. CIC tried to convince me I was mistaken even though the pictures SHE sent me said otherwise. CIC claims they have been in the painting business for 30+ years, but even that was lack luster and spotty. They clearly thinned out the paint to stretch it and it definitely shows. My renovation was never 100% completed with CIC because we told them to leave our property nearly 6mths after it began. My husband and I had to bring another contractor in to finish the job in addition to purchasing the bathroom vanities and kitchen and bathroom granite counter tops out of our own pockets. If you read this far, I am so sorry for taking up this much of your time, but if you can believe it, these are only some of the issues we had with this company and their ragtag crew of workers. I do have photos and supporting information if any one would like to see them. If I could give negative stars I would.

Very professional and very trustworthy. Once I committed myself to allow the company to do work to my home they got started right away. I was able to leave them in the house while I was able to run my errands all day. This company is very detail. The things I thought was ok they made it perfect. This company is highly recommended.

    S & J Painting & Remodeling
We had plaster ceiling collapse in one of our rooms. I called a lot of contractors. Most didn't even want to come out. Others came out and said they didn't want to do the job. This was stressful as we could see into our attic. S&J came out and gave us a good price. They started pretty quickly. And put a new ceiling up in 1 room. They also fixed issues with plaster in other rooms. The guys were very professional and cleaned up mess that remained from the ceiling collapse (Paper insulation falling everywhere). Really can't recommend them enough.
