Dryer Vent Cleaning reviews in Baltimore
Real People ~ Real Reviews ~ Real Results
That was okay. I was under the impression that they would do more vent cleaning than they did. From their advertisement my husband went back and forth a few times with them about what exactly does this mean and what's that and they were not clear and we decided the price was pretty cheap whatever they would come out and do then we'll see. They were not as clear as they could have been about what they were going to do. The workers that came out were good, they were professional and did their job quickly and easily.- Shaina C.
Never received the service. Called angieslist for help getting in contact with the provider . Called Angie's list a number of times . They returned my money.

Poor communication from the workers, poor scheduling from
one worker, unreliable, and fair to good execution of services rendered. The initial visit did not
include doing the work. That was the first disappointment. This visit
from a man named “Provider name locked. ” was apparently for the purpose of evaluating the task
and attempting to "assertively upsell" the coupon price I
pre-purchased. "Provider name locked. " estimated $200.00 in addition to the coupon
price for the job. This additional cost was due to what he said were more
square feet and “preparation” of the deck wood. “Provider name locked. ” scheduled a date,
however, did not show up or call on that scheduled date. When "Provider name locked. " finally
arrived to do the work, a day or so later, we didn't know he was coming and
fortunately had left the stain out for him to use. We came home that afternoon and
observed the protective plastic drop cloth covering our doors and siding was still
in place. I had not heard from “Provider name locked. ” for a couple days so I removed the plastic
three days after he finished, (the new stain was still tacky to the touch) ,
and discovered the spraying of the stain material went past the protective
covering onto the siding, some of the window, and doors. There were also parts
of the wood decking that the spray did not cover which should have been touched
up with a hand brush. Eight business days later I called “Provider name locked. ” and asked him
when he returned to receive payment for the balance due, I needed him to
address and correct the areas that were not correctly protected with the drop
cloth. He agreed to that, but didn’t show up when he said he would at
approximately 8:00PM on the scheduled evening. No call from “Provider name locked. ” either. I
called him, “Provider name locked. ”, that same evening at 8:30PM and directed him to cancel
because there was not enough available daylight to properly correct the over spraying problem. I decided to write this review
at this time due to the fact that he is supposed to show up again today,
however, we have lost confidence in this company’s worker to professionally and
effectively perform minor home repair services and to do what they say they will do. “Provider name locked. ”
did not show up or call, again. I went to Angie’s website and sent an email to
Sofya in Provider name locked. Service’s office. I informed her of the difficulty to
re-schedule or receive a return call from Provider name locked. . Sofya emailed back the next
day and scheduled the owner of the company to come and address the complaints
we have and remove the over spray on our siding on a Saturday and we agreed to
a time. Sofya then called on our phone the day before he was supposed to come and
communicated the owner had a minor injury and would not be able to come until
Monday. We agreed to four o’clock on that coming Monday. Sofya also informed me
the person who performed our work was named “Provider name locked. ”. Provider name locked. called back in the afternoon of the day before
the owner was to arrive on Monday afternoon , apologized for past missed
appointments , and communicated he would come Monday morning. I told him not to
come. I wanted the owner to address the problems and I had no faith that Provider name locked.
would even show up again anyway. We are now waiting to see if the owner will
show up on Monday or not. This is the second opportunity that Provider name locked.
Pro Services had to gain our confidence, respect, and business. We used them
previously for sheetrock and painting with minor concerns throughout that
project as well. The owner showed up, performed the finishing touches,
apologized over and over and over again. My wife and I prefer professional work
as opposed to sincere apologies. This has been our experience with this service provider.
