  • I visited Dr Provider name locked. 's office 4 times.  Three times I had to wait at least an hour and a half past the appointment time, and once when I had the first appointment of the day Dr. Provider name locked. didn't arrive at the office until 20 min. after the appointment time and then didn't see me for another 20 minutes. When I asked him about it he ignored my Provider name locked. .  I found his attitude to be arrogant, i.e., only his time is important.

He never suggested a mole check even though I have numerous visible moles .

I asked for some skin tags and bumps on my face to be removed and he agreed to do it without a thorough examination of the bumps. ( He never asked me to remove the heavy foundation over them.)  He also did not give me any information about the nature of the bumps.  A subsequent visit to another dermatologist (who required that I remove the makeup for an examination before he would agree to remove the bumps) showed that one was a wart and the other a lesion related to a vascular anomaly.  He removed the wart, but sent me to a vascular specialist to assess the lesion.

Dr. Provider name locked. did not provide the option for laser removal of the bumps nor skin tags (which I preferred).

  • He is very good. My psoriasis was sort of out of control when I first came here because of a lot of stress selling the house and buying a house, and getting a lot of renovation done. I had a lot of problems getting that cleared up. He is really good with that, in trying different things and combinations and got it under control. He is very, very prompt in seeing me. I am really pleased with him. I've had the psoriasis for 30-40 years that's why I have gone to about 2-3 other dermatologists in Virginia when I lived there, and he is right among the top. He is really good.

  • Dr. Provider name locked. and staff were really great. Scheduling the procedure was easy and no doubt aided by his communication with Dr. Provider name locked. . The procedure itself was quick and relatively painless. My boyfriend felt well cared for and involved in the process. He said everyone in the room (doctor, resident, and nurse) were all very friendly and personable. The follow up phone calls really impressed both of us--we didn't expect to hear from the doctor and the resident themselves to make sure everything was ok, but we did! The care instructions were very thorough and helpful. Hopefully he won't need anymore Provider name locked. surgery, but if he does, we'll definitely ask for Dr. Provider name locked. again.
