AAnthony & Sylvan PoolsA&S were the most responsive pool company I had to come to the house for the initial appointment. The sales/design person was very patient with me and explained the process thoroughly and the options available, with price considerations for each option. He designed and pool for me, and then we worked together to get a beautiful final design. Then immediately we started working with the Project Manager for my project, and it went very fast after that - he explained how things would work and visited the progress on site often. The PM remained very accessible to me throughout the process, as well as the sales/design person. A&S's communication every step of the way was much appreciated, and all of their subs were very respectful and did amazing, professional work. We were lucky with weather and the whole process was finished with pool fill about 9-10 weeks after initial dig. They worked with me the entire way to make sure that the options I wanted and look I was going for was achieved, and definitely helped me understand how to operate the pool system. This was my first pool build ever and I would definitely recommend A&S to any friend or family. And btw - pricing was the best out there too!- annie s.

I can’t say enough about them . Mr Lee’s team did my siding . Again 3 days here early every day took so much care like it was his own home .. I felt comfortable the whole time . AThe Deck & Fence Company LLCThey did a fantastic job and the guys that handled the porch project took their time and was very meticulous in details in making sure that everything was in place. They didn’t rush and was on time every morning for work. There was a slight hiccup in the materials but knowing that during a pandemic, the company was on top of notifying us on material updates. We were not able to get the specific flooring that we wanted after the vendor said that they’re not sure when that specific color flooring will come in. They gave us other options to pick another color and made sure the ones that we picked was guaranteed to be delivered. The owner of the company maintained weekly communication even before the project started (waiting for permit). He even communicated with our HOA to ensure compliance. Deck and Shed Pros is very passionate about their work and it shows. There is a noticeable quality difference between our deck and our neighbors that were built by the construction company. We saved over $5,000 by choosing to higher Deck & Shed Pros. I would highly recommend this company- Morgan C.

AEdward's Lawn & Home LLCThe process of working with Edward's Lawn & Home is easy with email and telephone communcations. The estimate, contract and payment are managed with email features. The staff are owner, Kyle, are responsive, friendly and knowledgeable. One small area next to the driveway was missed or not as thoroughly done as the rest of the property. Once notified, Edward's was very ameniable to correcting the issue. A little bit of follow up was required to get it completed, but there were apologies and a quick response.- Alan E.

FTerrible, the job never started. Mid-Atlantic is sub-contracting for Lowes. The person who was in charge of submitting the application for the permit, did not submit the application. She informed me that she submitted the application on 6/12/2020. On 7/2/2020, she stated that she was sure the permit had been issued and was only waiting for Lowes to deliver the material. On 7/17/2020, we contacted Prince Georges County office for building permits, we were informed that they did not have an application on file for my property. Just to be sure we called again, and was informed that no application was on file. An hour later, spoke with Mid-Atlantic office, again she informed me that they submit the application and she would e-mail a copy of the receipt, this was on a Friday afternoon. She did not send proof of submission, but called back later that evening and stated that she was not in the office, but would send the receipt on Monday, 7/20/2020. No response at all. I contacted Lowes store manager, and provided him with the events. He called Mid-Atlantic and she informed him that she submitted the application in Anne Arundel County, who informed us that they had not received an application, and if they did they would reject because the property is in PG. County. Finally I called her again on 7/22/2020, she said she never spoke with Lowes manager, and again she stated the application was submitted and she would send proof, she also stated that they pay someone else to submit the paper work, and PG County lost the application. I called the installer at Mid-Atlantic and left a message, he never returned my call. This company has office personnel that can’t tell the truth and obviously can’t do her job, lie after lie, this sounds like someone who has some serious issues that could be related substance abuse or alcohol, I’m not saying that these are her issues, she could just be lazy.

AThe did an excellent job. They started on a Wednesday and finished on a Tuesday, but there was a delay due to bad weather. If it hadn't rained for 3 of those first 4 work days, it would have been done sooner. I worked with Jeff. He was easy to work with and it was very evident that he clearly knew what needed to be done when he came out for the estimate. I would definitely use Homecraft builders again.

They used a laser to ensure that the patio was perfectly level and also ensured it drained properly when it rained.
