  • He was very responsive and heard our needs. He gave great suggestions for safety that we didn't even think about. Pricing was fair. Great service. He went over and beyond for us to make sure we understood the product that we were getting. Walked us through every step. We feel safer around our building and are happy with his excellent service! Highly recommend for anyone that needs security survaillance, no matter how large or small of a job. We also called for Ted's previous work references, and they were superb.

  • Nationwide Infiniti is the worst service dealership I?ve ever visited. Thankfully after my last visit, Infiniti Customer Care recommended JBA Infiniti and I was thoroughly impressed with JBA?s service department. Even though Nationwide is closer to me, JBA Infiniti is my new service center and I?ll never have to set foot in Nationwide Infiniti ever again.

For my first service visit at Nationwide Infiniti, I scheduled my 26,000 mile service online. I also requested that a rattling sound from a wheel be inspected. In the online appointment form, I posted a youtube video that I filmed reproducing the rattling noise. When I arrived at Nationwide Infiniti and waited about 10 minutes for someone to help, they had no knowledge of my online appointment. After sitting down with Joe Deck, the service representative, I was asked to return to my car to retrieve the registration. I suppose he didn?t write down the VIN when he started my appointment. I?ve never had to present my registration at any dealer, quick lube shop, etc. ever before. I asked Joe Deck if they price matched JBA Infiniti?s price for the same service and he told me, ?No, but you can take your car there instead.? A simple, ?No, sorry? would have been nicer.

Against my better judgment, I returned to Nationwide Infiniti about 10 months later for a warranty issue regarding my SiriusXM antenna losing signal constantly. When I set up the appointment over the phone, immediately I was told that satellite signal is sometimes lost. At Nationwide Infiniti, you never get the feeling that the customer is right. After having to explain myself, I set up the appointment. Since my expectations were so low with Nationwide, I made videos showing the constantly dropping SiriusXM signal in various parts of my daily travels. Nationwide could not reproduce the issue. I showed the technician the videos in all different parts of Baltimore and Harford counties dropping signal. He stated that he could not reproduce the issue and didn?t know why the signal drops in other areas. When I was handed the invoice showing that no work was preformed, the customer name and contact information was for a completely different person. Not a misspelling, but someone else entirely with a different address and phone number. Nationwide Infiniti did not even know my name after 2 service appointments.

Immediately, I called Infiniti Customer Support. A regional representative contacted me and set up an appointment at JBA Infiniti. JBA Infiniti are professional, courteous, provided a loaner and were able to reproduce the issue. They replaced my SiriusXM antenna and my signal has been 100% solid since. I can?t say enough great things about JBA Infiniti compared to Nationwide Infiniti.

If Nationwide Infiniti is your local retailer, do yourself a favor and make the extra drive to JBA Infiniti. It?s well worth it. Even the regional Infiniti representatives recommend JBA over Nationwide.

  • I was quoted a much higher price at Best Buy, and
had always used them in the past for my car stereo needs. So I somewhat
hesitant to try a new place. I selected
Poptronics because I recognized that the business has been around for quite a
while, and was reasonably close to my home. I also read reviews that were very
    favorable.
When I called Poptronics I misunderstood what the gentleman said about appointments. So I just showed up
first thing Saturday morning. Evan greeted me with a friendly smile and explained that he already had an
appointment scheduled first thing, and another at 12. But if I was willing and
able to leave my vehicle, he would be able to have the tech work on it between
and after those jobs. I was very impressed that he didn’t just ask me to come
back another day. I was more than happy to leave my vehicle there all day,
after all, I knew the job was going to take several hours.
I was charged exactly what I had been quoted earlier in an e-mail, plus the cost of an amp
kit and wiring, which I had forgotten to purchase myself. The cost of the kit and wiring was right in line with other
retail pricing for the items. Truth be told, I rather the experts select the
proper gauge for this type of job. Sure, I could have ordered an amp kit on
Amazon and gotten it for about $10 less, but it really wasn’t worth taking the
chance on choosing a product that was of poor quality or not the best option
    for my configuration.
I expected to receive a call about a half hour before the store closed, but I was pleasantly
surprised to get a call shortly after 4 (closing time was 6:30). When I
returned Evan had popped a cute little ‘Poptronics’ flashlight keychain on my
keys. For a few moments I was more happy about that than I was about getting my
    system installed.
That feeling quickly passed as soon as I started my engine. I felt like a kid at Christmas, not sure which radio station to tune
in first. I don’t even remember now what it was that I heard first, but it blew me away. The Alpine MRX-F35 340W RMS, 4 channel amp, paired with 2 sets of Infinifty Kappa 682.11CF 6” x 8” makes for an incredible listening experience. As I’m fond of saying “you just can’t put a price on being able to crank up the music loud enough to still hear it crystal clearly, AND feel it
vibrate all of your internal organs !” Job well done, Poptronics !

  • If I could give them an A+ I would. The particular year and model of my car made it difficult to find the appropriate radio/amp configuration that would work. Doug (Electronics Manager) went above and beyond to find out what was necessary to do the job right. The radio works and looks fantastic and he went so far as to even follow up the day after I picked it up to make sure that I was happy . I would give them the highest possible recommendation and I would not consider using anyone else.

  • They do great work. I will use them again. They spend quality time explaining things with you. He makes it so you can understand what they will be doing. I was a walk in and they just worked me right on in. They had a very nice waiting area.

  • I love Nationwide Infiniti. They go above and beyond the call of service. My particular favorite technician is J.R. They treat you like a good friend here. They treat everyone that way. The customer service is nice and everyone makes you feel important. This time they actually put in a $500 new radio for me for free because I'm a good customer and that is just an example of how genuinely nice they are here.

  • My subs were not working and places like best buy was saying i need a new amp. i took it here and a guy checked it out and told me it was the fuse and he was corrected.

  • OUR OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT. WE GO TO AUCTION OFTEN AND A LOT OF THE TIME THE CAR DOES NOT HAVE KEYS SO WE CALL THEM AND THEY ARE ALWAYS THERE IN A TIMELY MANNER.
