Between the time I had first called and when Honest Abe was able to send someone out to my condo, I was able to unclog the sink with multiple applications of Drano. I was concerned, though, that there still might be a partial clog and spoke with the technician about possibly snaking out the line. He explained to me that, if clearing the pipes was still actually needed, using air pressure would be better suited than snaking due to the configuration of the drainage pipes in our building. However, after letting the faucet run for quite a while, he determined that no further action was needed. He also explained what to look for in the future to determine whether professional clearing of the pipes would be needed. There was no service charge. We have used Honest Abe a number of times in the past and, should we have the need for plumbing services in the future, would call them again They never tried to up-sell any services. Their prices, while not always the cheapest, have always been fair.- Michael A.

He and his assistant Honest Michael did a great job installing an expansion tank on our water heater and were able to install the water line to our fridge at the same call even though they were only scheduled to do the first job. Wore shoe covers and face masks the whole time and kept the work area clean. Will definitely hire again if needed.- Sharon L.

He declined to charge me because he said they didn’t “do anything.” He offered to come back and install the new dishwasher if I decided to replace this one. He absolutely was honest, courteous and trustworthy. I am astounded that he didn’t charge me a service charge. I will Absolutely use this company for every plumbing issue I have in the future. I was pleasantly surprised to see him because he installed a new HVAC system at our old house almost ten years ago. His office was the only company to respond to my phone messages and Angie's List requests (I reached out to five other HVAC companies). AMr. Harrison was cordial, prompt and efficient. Although he couldn’t fix my problem that day, he promised to research the problem and get back to me the next morning. He did just as he promised and fixed my problem over the phone. I was able to avoid a much longer wait and a more expensive repair by Lowe’s service department . Since he repairs most appliances, Mr. Harrison will be at the top of my list to call in the future! A+++!!

AA-1 was very responsive over the phone, scheduled a convenient appointment, and arrived right on time. They assessed the problem very quickly, and returned when the ordered parts arrived. Not only did they install these parts, but they also found/replaced a worn-out hose and kick panel. They also cleaned the area under the dishwasher, and informed us of a mouse problem. I am very pleased with their work, and would definitely use them again.
