Contact with the office has always been responsive and friendly. The technicians have always arrived on time for the appointment, and provided professional service. They have been very helpful - coming back regularly, for follow-ups, and keeping all solutions pet-friendly.

Noticed a difference within a week of the service!
Provider name locked. made contact with me immediately to set up an appointment. Initially, I was planning on setting a date for them to come out later in the week, however, the secretary called me back and managed to work me in the first day we spoke.
Provider name locked. (the technician) was very personable and professional. I expressed my concerns that the last exterminator I had out, simply placed traps around the house and charged me $200. He assured me that he would do whatever possible to prevent the mice from ever getting back into our house.
We walked around my property and he was able to discover spots that I had never noticed. He spent at least 1.5 hours patching holes (with expensive copper mesh) and placing traps inside and out. When he finished, I was very satisfied with the work.
So far, we haven't had any evidence of mice. I'm considering using their monthly treatment service because of the quality of work.
As a do-it-yourself type person, I always struggle with calling someone to fix my problems. After years of battling the mice and trying to locate all the entry points, I feel that Provider name locked. may have solved the problem. Highly recommend.

Recently I had a bat in my house and I am terrified of bats. Spend a sleepless night and started early to find someone to remove bat and check how it got in and prevent in the future. Using Angies's List, I wrote down some possible sources to call. When I called my first choice, the answering message said call would in about twenty minutes. Three hours went by and no call. After second call, my call was returned. The owner said he was very busy and could not help me. Although the company name is At Once, my contact was not and after some coaxing he said I might call Provider name locked. . I reached Provider name locked. on the first try. The person answering did not identify the company and I had to inquire if I had the right party. I tried to explain my predicament , but was abruptly interrupted and asked where I lived. When I replied, he stated that to send someone to remove the bat would cost $495.00. I am not sure what I said because I was so shocked. Needless to say, I did not use this service.
