1st time using this company excellent experience. The woman setting up the appointment was very friendly. Office staff Carl was very helpful. Plumber Marco did an excellent job installing a 3 valves shut off system and installed my water softener. I would definitely use this company again.

    Excalibur Plumbing
Excalibur was responsive and sent out a technician to look at our project. He told my husband that he would need to run some numbers back at the office and after a week of waiting I called back in. Twice I spoke with the office manager (??) who saw the pictures from the on-site visit and said, "I'll pull out this file and get back to you with a price." The second time I called I even suggested that if they were too busy or didn't want the work, just to let me know. Both times I was promised a call back or even an email. That was 2 months ago.....nothing but crickets. I was looking forward to doing business from the glowing reviews out here on Angie's. Not going to happen.

    Ionic Solutions Corp
Very satisfied. Just moved into our new home and needed a water system. Met with Jared to test our water and to see what Ionic Water Solutions had to offer. His presentation was awesome; he was very professional, yet down to earth. We were very impressed with what the Hague System has to offer in comparison to the other systems on the market the warranty is great (25 years)! Brian and the installation team were very friendly. We were able to see a difference in our water within one day of installation. Look no further if you need a water system, you wont be disappointed!

    Sweetwater Home Services
A very polite representative showed up on time for the appointment. We went to the kitchen where my husband was having his first coffee of the day. The company representative proceeded with the sales pitch that included a power point presentation on an iPad and an explanation of the filtration system and I started asking him technical questions (e.g.: How often do you have to change the filters? How big is the filtration unit?, Where do you install it?, etc.) At that point, my husband leaves the kitchen to seat in the patio to drink his coffee and leaves me talking to the guy. Usually I am the one who takes care of these kind of stuff at home and then we discuss and make decisions. My husband hates to engage on this kind of stuff. At this point the representative tells me that he can't continue the demonstration if my husband is not there. I asked why? He tells me that it is because they need both individuals present so that they don't have to repeat stuff or come back to explain again. At this point I will introduce the following piece of information: Both my husband and myself hold PhD science degrees (not that this is necessary to understand this stuff!). It looks to me like the company policy here is that they want to have the husband involved so that "he understands" and that "he can make the decision". This is the most ridiculous and sexist policy I have ever seen in a company like this. They come to MY house, I give them the opportunity to show ME their product and they are going to tell me how I am going to listen to their sales pitch while seating in MY kitchen? Really? Do they know that women can vote without having to bring their husbands into the voting station? I'll tell you this, that company is not going to get our business ... NEVER! One thing I want to emphasize, the guy was clearly following company policy, he was very polite and I don't hold this against him. He is just trying to do his job the best he can. Yes people .... it is 2017!

    Advanced Water Systems, Inc.
We have used Advanced water systems for years to maintain our water well and reverse osmosis system. As a Realtor I never hesitate to refer them business. Randy has even helped clients on a Sunday when their system was down.

    Excalibur Plumbing
We've hired Excalibur a few times and the quality of their work and professionalism are excellent. The prices are higher than I think reasonable and thus the grade of B. Louie and Richard did the installation of the water softener and there were no surprises......on time, on budget, good cleanup. Louie had recently done another major project for us and he is a consummate professional. I called him prior to a decision to install a new water softener and he provided a wealth of information. He answers all my questions and provides important guidance regarding use of the systems (water softener, grinder pump, water heater). Importantly, I trust him and Excalibur.

    Excalibur Plumbing
Louie correctly identified a major plumbing issue after we call for a second quote when we were told we need to replace 1 water heater. Out water softener was releasing microbeads and damaged both heaters and was causing whole house water pressure issues. Louie identified this after another plumber missed this issue.

Wow, these people are a class act! Let me tell you, no matter what, do not do any business with these idiots. My girlfriend gets a water filtration system under a rental contract and decides to pay it off by credit card over the phone. These idiots contact her months later with a bunch of late fees. Turns out, they were too stupid to process the credit card. She once again offers to pay the same balance but now they want to add on a bunch of late fees. Heated discussion on the phone and they insist in charging late fees. She says screw it, I'll pay the fine to come current but come pick up your water filtration system as I'm done working with you. She pays the fine, gives back the water filtration system, and now gets contacted regularly by a collection agency for the fine she just paid. CLASS ACT!!!

Aqua Systems & Texas Water Systems
I contacted Aqua Systems and Texas Water Systems when my water softener was on the fritz.  Of course, it was a holiday weekend.  Since it was not a disastrous misfire, I contacted them by email. (There is an emergency contact provided.)   Promptly Monday morning, I received a call from Steve.  He arranged an appointment Tuesday morning and suggested I purchase the Coupon available on Angie's List to save money.  The serviceman was right on time and patiently explained everything to me since I had a lot of questions.  He was very efficient and quickly serviced the system.  He even took off his boots after being in the yard to check the incoming water service.  It is good to feel this confident that I will receive quality service.  Any problem with a water system, Aqua Systems and Texas Water Systems will be my first call.

    Plumb Masters, Inc.
Mark from Plumbmasters arrived on time and promptly got to work on the master bath fixture upgrade.  The biggest problem, and one that I could not have solved myself, was accessing and shutting off the main water supply to the house so that the lavatory shut-off valves could be replaced.  The tricks he used to do this were by itself worth the cost of the job!  The subsequent faucet installation was pretty straightforward, but I was impressed that he asked us to check the installation before he was done and then repositioned the faucet handle heights after we suggested this change.  Overall, Mark was very professional and thorough and we will certainly use him again to install the new tub and shower fixtures after they are delivered.
