    Dayton Contracting Roofing & Renovation
As a result of several pre-sale inspections, we realized that our home needed its stucco siding overhauled, a new roof, new gutters, new paint and several other external things. Not knowing where to begin, we just started getting random bids from contractors on various items. When it came to stucco, we started with Dayton. Shane Dayton the owner came personally to meet with us. He was confident and assuring that the work needed was extensive, but not devastating as others had told us. So we took a flyer and let him bid the work. His pricing was in the range of others, but it was the confidence he instilled in us was what convinced us. And then he told us that he started his business with roofing and would put his work up against anyone of the bigger outfits in the market. We have had really bad experiences with contractors in Austin, but Shane was genuine. So we gave him the whole job. That was the best homeowner decision we ever made in the ten houses we have owned over the years. Not only did Shane deliver (in spite of record rainfall delays) but the quality and beauty of the work was great. The best part is that Shane personally attended to each trade on site, and if there was ever a request by us for him to come out, about anything, he made it a priority to meet us on our schedule and even on weekends. Shane is a man of integrity, and the men that work on his crews are polite, prompt and always clean up at the end of the day. Never did we think that something was going wrong or would not be finished in high fashion. We would hire Shane any time, for any job that he would contract for!

    Morningstar Landscaping & Construction Inc.
I was finally ready for a big Fall project and contacted several companies in the past, but met Jodi a while back on a consult over a new home I was purchasing and was impressed. She saw my backyard and immediately had great ideas which made me happy and excited. Jodi and her crew created a beautiful outdoor living area patio with a pergola (stained it too) and kitchen for my grill and egg. The kitchen has nice cabinets too and extra counterspace. I love love love the stone and their hardscaping and masonry skills are exceptional. She applied stucco to an outside wall as an accent and everybody loves it. Jodi is big on drainage so she installed a drain system too. She painted the kitchen as well for future holidays, and the final touches were the outside lighting. Just stunning! Will keep recommending this company. Great communication, punctual, highly skilled, great prices, and warranty. Couldnt be happier.

    Bright Spot Painting
Read this review (court docs attached)! I hired Bright Spot painting to seal up some hairline cracks in the stucco on my house, and repair three larger cracks. In doing so they caused significant damage to my home and, after months of pleading with them to repair the damage that they openly admitted to causing, I was forced to take them to court. After not hearing back from them for months, immediately after the court case was filed I of course get a call from their attorney, who freely and openly admits that Bright Spot caused the damage to my home. I offered them what I felt was very fair, and was all that I had asked for from the beginning: repair the damage you caused and Ill cancel the court case. They send me the name of a guy who they say works almost exclusively on stucco. When I call him his immediate response is no, I dont do any work on stucco. So to court I go, they dont even bother showing up knowing that theyre 100% in the wrong, and that court doc is attached so you can see this is all completely accurate. After the judgment is finalized their attorney again calls, Kim D. Brown, a man who is a caricature of an attorney, always saying things then immediately denying that he just said it, and tells me that the owner of Bright Spot, Janette Chermely, will simply refuse to pay. If I hire a collections agency to try and recover what is owed he responds that (Janette) has no assets so good luck collecting the court-mandated amount owed (to the penny what I paid another company to perform the repair, absolutely nothing added on). Ive given them a month to pay what is owed, so Mr. Brown has clearly stood by his advice to his client to simply ignore a court order, and Ms. Chermely has no desire to try and make things right. This is what you will get if you hire Bright Spot Painting. Oh, and they required that I pre-pay for the job, so they actually got paid to damage my home.

    Stone Bright Solutions
We couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. They came out & knocked out the job within hours. Within a number of days, as they indicated when they gave us the bid, the mold & junk simply faded from the stone. The sign looks brand new, and is now considerably more inviting for our clients. They gave me a 2 year warranty on regrowth as well which was a nice bonus. The pictures I attached speak for themselves. I have a limestone house & had them treat my house with equally as impressive results as well.

ABC Home & Commercial Services - Austin
1 experienced worker came, promptly 8:30 am 6/16/17. Talked, decided on 3/4" Hardy Board for the 17 feet instead of mesh morter skirting. Efficient work, done in less than half day. $640 was the bid, I was only billed $340 for his work. I recomment ABC Home & Commercial to all!!

Just wrapped up our house painting last week and we're so pleased with Ultra Services Remodeling. They handled everything from pressure washing to stucco/wood repairs to caulking and painting. Everyone we interacted with was friendly & professional. Excellent communication with the project manager via online site. The crew was efficient & cleaned up each day. I got 3 bids - their estimate was reasonable and provided 10% Angie's List discount. Outstanding service and I will use them again!

    Mr. Smarty Paints
Extremely well, Chris is an excellent, careful and thoughtful painter. He is very easy to work with, produces quality results. I had some situations that required some dry wall repair work with texture and paint matching. It is impossible to tell where he worked.
