    Matthew Lorand Roofing
The roof change went incredibly well executed on an old roof with rotten wood underneath. The job was done faster than planned, the property was spotless during and after the crew left my house and the unknowns discovered during the job were addressed more than fairly. My quote was higher than other bids but Jason was very clear, direct and detailed in answering all my question before I signed the contract. I trusted his approach and his professionalism over price. Jason and his team are outstanding individuals. They know their work, they are clear in setting expectations, they care and love what they do and they are very good at it. Jason and his lead guy came back a few days after the job was done to check on a skylight. He helped me out in a big way with something that was not part of the original bid. I highly recommend Jason. He is prompt, responsive, precise and extremely fair. Since I did the job at my house, I already recommended him to a friend. I will happily do that over and over with anyone who needs work on done on their house. You will be happy you hired Matthew Lorand Roofing & Restoration! Stephan.

On Metal Roof: Jason offered several options to resolve a leaking skylight (i.e. fix or replace) and several options to replace the skylight with metal roofing. (Skylight replaced by another vendor years ago but continued to leak & we decided to just remove the skylight). Jason ensured roofing work was completed absent inclement weather. He and his helper were polite, professional and cleaned up the working site. Jason & his helper were observant: they pointed out metal roofing components to monitor, and noticed a non-roof item which (as it turned out) needed immediate repair. We both liked having Jason provide the bid and also being involved in doing the actual work, (versus where one person provides the work bid, and others you've never met do the actual work). Definitely recommend Jason and this family-owned company, and would use again.

The work went very well. The foreman, Jason, was excellent about keeping me posted on when to expect the various stages of the job to be done and the status of the job. The sealant they applied on the flat roof of the portico looks great. They were so neat about applying the sealant, I couldn’t find a single drip or run. Another roofing company told me I needed to replace the entire portico roof at a cost of $3,800. The sealant solution Matthew Lorand Co proposed will probably extend the life of my roof by 15 years and saved me at least $2,000. The new skylights look very good and they are so energy efficient my upstairs bath doesn’t get cold in the morning any more. I highly recommend Jason and the Matthew Lorand team. They were thoroughly professional and they did excellent work at a reasonable price.

From my first call to Jason Joseph to the finished work, Jason could not have been more professional or more helpful. He assessed the issue, sent us his estimate for the work, ordered us a new skylight, and installed it. But, it was the in-between time that really stood out to me. Hurricane Harvey hit before the new skylight was replaced, and our old one was banging up and down in the wind. Jason came out on a Sunday afternoon, went up on our roof while the wind was howling, and re-secured the old skylight to be sure we got no rain inside! I cannot recommend his company more highly! Thanks Jason!

This roofing company was awesome. They met with my insurance adjuster on the roof after a recent hail storm. The roof was totaled and the gutters and skylights.  They replaced the entire roof, gutters and skylights as the insurance company had asked on this claim. They were very professional throughout the entire process and did an outstanding job replacing everything. They even handled all of the insurance paperwork. Mr Joseph the owner was great to work with a very honest and great at keeping us posted on the steps and the process from the very beginning. I wish all companies were this easy to work with.

They did an excellent job. Very professional and great prices. They handled all the paper work that was required by the insurance company. It went very smoothly.  I would use this company again. Cleaned up and hauled away all the debris. In and out very quickly.

Shane came out and did a fair assessment and estimate on what was, and was not needed, as well as providing a couple of product options. Our skylight was installed the following day, and looks fantastic!

    Roof Worx
Wow. I really appreciate the work that Roof Worx has done for my family. After the 2013 Erie microburst (that leveled the Boulder Valley Velodrome), I knew it wouldn't be long before unscrupulous roofers started knocking on doors in my neighborhood. I did a pre-emptive strike and looked up Roof Worx through BBB listings (before I had AL) and gave them a call. Brian was out within 24 hours to assess the damage (where it took State Farm nearly 2 weeks) - and helped facilitate the entire insurance claim processes.Brian Benner is a godsend. Not only did he effectively act as the GC for the entire project - but he was quick to answer calls or texts and helped minimize the impact these repairs had on my family's life (my wife was 8 months pregnant, on bed-rest). In fact - his guys stayed until almost 8 pm to finish the roof and skylights in one day (as they thought rain might be coming). AND RAIN IT DID - RoofWorx saved us BIG TIME! The rain that came lasted for more than a week (the 2013 Colorado Flood) - but we stayed dry with zero leaks under our nice new roof. The custom-order windows took a little longer (especially with the other damage claims that came in after the flood) - but again, Brian communicated with us regularly and even stopped by a few times to give us updates - checking in to make sure their repairs were not impacted by the flood. Once they were in town the windows, like the roof, were installed in one day - and were an instant improvement. I love the new windows.Through the entire process, State Farm tried repeatedly to cheap-out on us - but we had Brian on our side, ensuring that the job was done correctly. I don't envy what he and his team had to go through with State Farm (the two instances I sat on hold with State Farm for 90 minutes were enough for me!) - but he worked with them and got them to make us whole from the loss.I highly recommend Roof Worx for the information, communication and service that they provide. You're welcome to tell them that Brant Hoekstra sent you.
