  • He is open on Saturdays and in the evenings. He also does cosmetic dentistry and false teeth stuff. I've referred people to him that have dentures and he has repaired them right in his shop.

  • Overall, the partial presented to me on April 27, 2011, was unacceptable. However, when I tried to talk with Dr. Provider name locked. about it, he disregarded my complaint and told me the partial was perfect.  For a lady of 68 years, this was a demeaning experience.
In my second attempt to talk with him about the unacceptability of the partial, which my husband attended, Dr. Provider name locked. proposed to reseat the teeth on the right side in the manner we had discussed earlier; however, he still insisted that the partial was a perfect fit, even with me telling him that the base was too thick and the left side was too tight.  These were things he said he could adjust; however, before any adjustment could happen, I discovered that I had a fractured tooth on the left side. Since then,  Dr. Provider name locked. has totally ignored that his snapping the partial in and out fractured this tooth.  When I left his office on May 3, 2011, I felt unsure that he would follow through and correct the partial as discussed, but I had consented to begin the remolding process on the morning of May 9, 2011.  During this appointment, I became more unsure that the partial would ever be acceptable enough to justify the $1,500.00  that I had paid him. After considerable thought, I decided to ask him to cancel the adjustment and to request that he refund my money, which I did in the early afternoon of May 9, 2011. On the morning of May 10, 2011,  I called his receptionist and confirmed that he had received my message.
Unbelievably,  his receptionist, with whom I had left a timely enough message for him to cancel the order without him incurring any expense, told me that Dr. Provider name locked. said that I needed the partial and that he would not cancel the order. When I did not return to his office to receive the adjusted partial, he sent it to my home twice--without any notification to me. Twice, I returned the partial unopened to his office via U.S. mail.  Now, after many letters back and forth, we are in a disagreement about an acceptable settlement.

  • From first visit ,they are very informative and friendly. The exam was the most thorough I have ever had. All doctors are comprehensive and stay current with new medicine and techniques. They gave me choices for my treatment and helped me understand what everything meant before we started . They are very aware of transparency and honesty with their clients.
