    Lexy's Massage
The moment you walk in the door your mind is put at ease by Lexy's welcoming presence, as the consultation starts your relaxed state of mind is reinforced by her overwhelming knowledge of anatomy and health. She does amazing work I cann't recommend her enough, extreme talent and love of her field, means you will be her primary focus even after you leave, so on your return visit she will know what to do next to heal your issues.

    Nature Awakens
Ive been using Jodis services for over a year now and always happier as time goes by. I had zero knowledge of the power of plants and even less about meditation and energy. She is a patient teacher with much experience in many things. She has worked with me on some mobility issues, safety and in consideration of my doctors regiments and my needs. I now have a more positive life schedule which includes monthly reiki and daily meditation exercises. Jodi is very educated on herbs and sensitive to others on medications and side effects, which is why I chose her. Its nice to trust someone on issues like this and know they truly care, thank you.

    Elizabeth Murphy, LMT
Elizabeth's facility is clean, inviting and soothing. She was able to evaluate my needs by asking questions and looking at my stature. She knew exactly where I needed help and was able to manipulate all the muscles to relax while making sure not to leave any area unattended. If you are in need of a great therapist that will do outcalls, be prompt, professional and affordable, this is your massage therapist. Elizabeth is the BEST!

    Family First Chiropractic
I am so happy that I gave Family First a chance.  I have been to many chiropractors over the years but Dr. Chae and his team have a very different approach to chiropractic care and wellness. They designed a program for me to return my neck and spine to optimal health through adjustments, massage therapy and personal training.  At each visit, I receive a gentle adjustment by Dr. Chae or Dr. Nick, then proceed to exercises with a personal trainer that specifically targeted to build strength in my problem areas, and then we finish with a 15-minute massage.  I feel much better and highly recommend Dr. Chae and his team of professionals!

    Elizabeth Murphy, LMT
Great - I've been going to Elizabeth on and off (when I was in town) since I was a teenager and she has consistently been the best massage therapist I've seen. She's extremely knowledgeable and has always delivered a relaxing and effective massage. I've been to lots of different massage therapists over the years since I've lived in several different places and she is definitely among the best I've seen. Highly recommended.

    Viva Day Spa
We arrived a few minutes early to fill out the questionnaire about our skin type. The staff is very friendly. Nice calming music was playing and we were offered ice cold cucumber water. It turned out to be 90 minutes of stress relieving bliss. I had Julie and my sister had Shayna and we would both recommend them highly. The treatment came with a choice of wonderful teas....we chose Moroccan Mint Tea which really topped it all off

    Halina European Skincare Day Spa
I have Annie as my masseuse and she's just fabulous. I bought a package so I pay about $70. The office and the staff are good. I would go somewhere else if she went somewhere else. I have been using her for 3 years. She is a good listener and she works with you on what you need. She is very committed to doing things that are helpful. She is just good. I can get in within a week or two.

    Skin Spa Austin Lounge
I liked this facility a lot before they moved so far south that I can’t use them anymore.  I like them better when they were located downtown.  They were very professional.  I can only talk about the old facility and it was very nicely run, they have some great masseuses and I really liked the facility.  Right now their location is an issue for me before they were centrally located.  Now driving all that way would only undo the massage.  They were always very punctual.  If they re-locate to a more central location I would use them again.

    Massage Envy
My massage was just okay and my arms were not included. The response was that there was not enough time with the foot scrub included. Funny how I received the whole treatment previously. We went on with the facial which was also okay. Soon after I left my eyes starting burning. I called Massage Envy and asked them to check if something different was used this visit. They said they would talk to the esthetician and call me back. Remember the call was made because of a burning in my eyes. My call was never returned and it took several days for my eyes to return to normal. Eventually, I called back and spoke with the manager at the Circle C branch. He apologized and did offer me a free massage and facial in compensation.

As stated above, this is the only location where I have experienced problems. The others have been wonderful.

    Victory Medical & Family Care
I had a shoulder replacement, and since I really like my PCP at Victory, I thought I would try the rehabilitation services. All of the message therapists are very good. However, I didn't appreciate my first appointment with the head therapist. I had had my arm in a sling for 2 months. So when I came to the folks at Victory, I had virtually NO mobility. The therapist wanted to test the extent of my mobility, and stretched may arm in various positions. I had no problem until she held my arm straight up (I was lying on a table on my back). She lifted it too high, and I let her know it was causing A LOT of pain. She just stood there looking into the distance, still holdoing it, even though I was saying and quot;let go!and quot;. She finally did when I brought my other arm up in preparation of detaching her hand from mine. My surgeon had ordered me to go twice a week, which I did the first month or so. However, they weren't charging me the correct co-pay of $40. They were charging $25 a session. Then they made me pay the difference (over $100). OK.
I told them I couldn't afford to come so often, at which point they pretty much stopped paying as much attention to me. I was being billed $40 to have them WATCH me excercise, which I can do at work and at home for FREE. The last straw was when my therapist was going on vacation for 2 weeks, and they were training some girl the rehabilitation basics (a receptionist, or MA, not sure what her qualifications were), right in front of me! I was not about to pay a and quot;specialistand quot; co-pay for that! So I am looking for a new therapist. I still have a few months to go until I regain full mobility.
