    Heavenly movers were great! We searched around for a lot of movers but many were not reliable or weren't even licensed. The movers did show up a bit late but it was certainly made up for with the great care they took of my belongings and energetic attitudes. Everything was wrapped well and nothing was broken, scratched, damaged, etc. during the move. I would certainly recommend to anyone moving an apartment to a large home. I will also be calling them again in the future when I move again! Thanks!

    I have a couple ladies that come. They care for my wife's needs. They are very friendly. They do light house work. They do the laundry. They generally are very attentive to my wife. They are on time. If they run into issues such as weather they call and let me know they are running behind.

    We have been using their services for about two years. Using their service has been an easy way to maintain good care for my grandmother. They are very attentive and ensure everything is going smoothly. Their price is pretty reasonably and they have good communication. The service they offer is something that is hard to find. The caregivers that they have sent to us have been very impressive, knowledgeable, thorough, and caring. I have been happy with them.

    Before we moved my mother-in-law to Austin, she had some additional issues arise that made some of the original facilities no longer an option for her. A Place for Mom narrowed that list for us based on new parameters. I visited all three and my husband and I revisited two and selected The Pointe at Cedar Park. We are extremely satisfied with our choice and with the help received from A Place for Mom. A Place for Mom also emailed us information regarding VA benefits, which after completing and being approved, my mother-in-law is now receiving $1,130 monthly aid.

    We had 3 professional references for Texas Home Health hospice, but I had to learn the lesson the hard way- find out what patients thought. Our first experience was awful - we called the nurse on call to help with my mom, who had been released to hospice just the day before. My mother was in pain, and they needed to come check her pain meds. The nurse told us 30 minutes, and then 45 minutes later, she said she was still on her way. An hour later, she shows up. Meanwhile, my mother seemed to be having a seizure, and we had to work with hospice to determine if she could go back to the hospital. Things went from bad to worse. In the end, after visits from a variety of uncaring and unprofessional nurses, we decided to switch to another provider. The icing on the cake? They gave us the wrong form at 5 pm on a Friday, so rather than transferring care to another provider, they ensured a dying woman would go without care over the weekend. It was only through the efforts of our new provider that we were able to get someone over from Texas Home Health to get us the right form.

    After a few phone calls from House Call Drs I was encouraged but they did not call back or show up. I am going to talk to "an older" group that meets and explain what happened to me. I am calling my Credit card company to advise them not to put through any charges to that group. I was really surprised at the good response initially and then the complete silence on the other end near the time for the appointment. After telling my friends about it they asked me if I had checked Angie's List. I was upset with myself as I am the one always talking about Angies List! I will never again do anything withour Angie's list. I was fooled by the 'Senior Fair" letting them in I guess. I will not do that again. I am telling all my contacts in Austin about my experience. I talked to Chiristy and gave her all my information at 512-288-0859 ext 5163. She told me "Jackie" would call me back with the time of the appointment. So much for that.

    I highly recommend them. They were spectacularly professional and caring. I liked their professionalism, empathy and quality of personal because that business is rare. It was on time performance. They are a total home care operation; they come in with registered nurses, occupational therapists and physical therapists. They work in teams. Actually I had broken femur and a cracked femoral shaft. They were just spectacular and I would recommend them for the roll of honor.

    I felt comfortable with these people. My mom died then three weeks later my dad also died. It was a horrible funerial. I had strangers come in to the house but they made it more bearable. Some of them went out of their way to help. My husband made and bring in special music for him. They also provided things. You can tell that they really care and it was not just a job for them. They were professional all around. I did not panic. Its not that I had any problems with panicking but at least I had someone to talk to.

    Heavenly Caregiver Services has been outstanding to work with and my mother has been well cared for this week.  I have had to change my schedule multiple times this first week and it has never been a problem.  After researching various caregiver services, I found Heavenly Caregiver has an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and has received glowing reviews from Angie's list.  Definitely glad I hired this company to help with my parent's care.
