This place is awesome. It's really female friendly and everyone is so nice. It was the first time I walked into a gun shop and wasn't even a little on edge.

I loved the fact that he took something that was potentially frightening and dangerous and turned it into security as well as safer. He took something that was scary and gave me a peace of mind with the safety instructions. He was a great teacher and is proficient at teaching all levels.

Raul was professional, informative and had a sense of humor. He was thorough, comprehensive and his class was enjoyable to take. You can tell that Raul cares about the subject matter and has a passion about teaching it. Important to me and Raul was safety and at all times on the range everyone was safe.

I signed my 77 yo mom and myself up after my mom said she's been wanting to get her CHL. The classroom training was very informative (surprisingly so at some points) and went by really quickly. With the training at the shooting range, Raul was very helpful, patient and again, informative. He kept my mom focused when necessary and she wound up passing. It turned out to be a great Mother's Day present and celebration. I will definitely recommend Raul and Safety Measures to others.

Some gun people are snobs. There, i said it. From the guys working the counters, to those who train poorly. Gun range people can be great, or annoyingly horrible. When selecting a chl teacher, i spoke with many, but only one spoke simple english and dodnt try to make it sound like i was blessed to have them on the phone! The class was great. I was surprised how much i learned, given i pay attention to the laws and news aroundgun ownership. Even at the tange i was offered tips in a friendly way that helped me improve. Great experience!

Very positive. Small classes and balanced education including ranging from do's and don'ts to  situational awareness and civil and criminal liability which I feel might be missing from most 'shoot first ask questions later' classes. Care is taken on the range help offer tips to seasoned vets as well as cater to first timers who need basic gun safety instruction. Having insight from an instructor with previous law enforcement experience is valuable to anyone who carries a gun.
