He worked on it for while because he had a little difficulty getting the rooter to go through the pipe but finally it did and for now it is working. we've had trouble with this sink twice and Provider name locked. explained that if it does so again they may need to run a camera down the pipe to see if there is any blockage, possibly a tree root. I only can say I sure hope not!
- Kathy L.
By the time I called Provider name locked. , I had gotten a run-around from a new appliance store and 2 propane vendors, two local plumbers that answered the phone and had calls in to another two, so I was pretty irritated.
While I had purchased a new range/oven with a LP gas (propane) conversion kit and paid also for delivery and installation from the applicance store, at delivery I was told that they (making the delivery) weren't properly licensed to disconnect the LP gas line from my existing Provider name locked. , let alone install the new one. After a maddening number of calls, I hit the web for the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation and confirmed that Provider name locked. had numerous LP Licensed plumbers. Frankly I hadn't considered contacting a plumber for such a thing. Sure, it is a pipe, but I had associated plumbing with water. I was wrong to discount the connection.
At this point it was after 4pm on a Thursday and my new range was sitting uselessly in the middle of my kitchen still wrapped up in the OEM packaging.
I called and was politely greeted by the dispatcher- a real person answering the phone on the first try- whom answered my questions, empathized with my situation (which went a long way after being dismissed and put off for the hours before that!) and was promptly put on schedule for morning the next day-- as annoying as my situation was, it was admittedly not an emergency issue, so that worked best for me.
In the morning, the plumber's assistant, Provider name locked. , called to give me their estimated arrival time and said he would contact me when they had completed the job before mine to confirm when they were en route. As committed, he called and he and the plumber, Provider name locked. , arrived expeditiously afterwards. They were both very professional upon arrival, introducing themselves and confirming my preferences before entereing my house. Provider name locked. patiently listened as I ran through my summary and showed him the new appliance and gas main outlet. He was able to give me an immediate quote and confirm I wanted to proceed.
He was able to drop the gas outlet down to the appropriate level, perform the conversion to LP from natural gas, install the tip guard, as well as seat and test the Provider name locked. /oven within an hour and a half. (wow- unexpected freedom on a Friday afternoon!)
His assistant cleaned the area of any debris from the new appliance (removing the tape, styrofoam, cardboard, and protective plastic covering from the surfaces), removed all trash, and even wiped it free of fingerprints (which cannot be avoided on stainless steel) and presented me with my new appliance all assembled, installed, and ready to go!
While I had not figured on the additional expense of calling out a plumber when I bought the new Provider name locked. , I could not be happier with the courtesy and professionalism exhibited by Provider name locked. and Provider name locked. and the speed at which they were able to provide the service. I will use them again and highly endorse them-- particularly in regard to addressing odd-ball needs like propane plumbing. Avoid my frustration and call them.
My sincere appreciation goes out to these guys-- well done!

Before arrival to the house Provider name locked. kept in contact with us regarding the appointment time to let us know they would arrive as promised. However on the day of the appointment when they completed the job before us early they called and asked if they could come early.
Upon arrival they introduced themselves and explained what they were going to do.
They were careful to spread a blanket on the floor so not to make a mess.
After they installed the logs and made sure the fireplace worked properly. They then addressed any questions and concerns we had about using the fireplace.
Both young men were very nice, patient and courteous.
We will use Provider name locked. should the need arise again.
