    Grayzer came out, looked at what I needed, and sent me a bid for the work. Also, they were the only electric company that I had out for a bid who told me that installing an outlet for my hybrid car qualified me for a rebate of 50% back for the cost of installation, parts, city permit, etc, from the City of Austin. The kept me updated on all of the work, the city's inspector, and will help me get my rebate. I will continue to use Grayzer in the future - wish I had known about them earlier. Steve J.

The are timely and accurate with their quotes and true craftsmanship Flaco hires talented carpenters, painters and other handy work that one might need. Our before and after was stunning and Flaco provided great guidance and suggested changes to the remodel that really helped the final project. Great work all around.

    First, they were very late. They were scheduled to arrive at 8am, and arrived at 9:30am. When I asked when they would arrive, they didn't give a clear answer, so I really didn't know when they were going to arrive. Everything else was fine.

Josh took the time to educate me on the work they were completing as well as things to keep in mind with future projects. He got the job done right!     The absolute worst experience I have ever had with any home service ���professional.��� He failed to show up at the first appointment, leaving a message that ���something came up,��� but he would come the following week. He didn���t. A month later, he finally shows up, and tells me he ���thinks��� that if I replace every electrical outlet one by one, that eventually I���ll hit the one he says will make my lights work again (he was wrong). As for the non working outlet, he tells me after checking the breaker box that it would be working again, but doesn���t check the outlet itself. He demands $125, refuses to take a credit card, so I hand him cash and he quickly departs. I immediately went to turn on my water heater and it still was not working, I called him, but he did not answer and to this day, 5 or 6 weeks later, he has not returned any of my multiple messages, and I still don���t have a working outlet, nor any hot water. I bought a voltage meter to test the OutKast myself, and sure enough, he lied- it���s not fixed. I also asked him that day in the message I left to provide me with a receipt, and he has not done so. I am moving forward with a lawsuit shortly. I guess he thinks because he didn���t give me a receipt that he doesn���t have to answer for his actions, but my security cameras caught him in the house so here we go. If he had just spent five minutes returning my call, he could avoid hiring a lawyer and paying for my expenses under the deceptive trade practices act. Not to mention triple damages. Please beware this man. He has no conscience and as far as my experience goes, he did not fix anything, but did charge at the high end of market tolerance. I even offered to give this man a cowboy hat of mine that he admired, and he still screwed me. Stay away. Stay far away.
