    I'm a first-time customer. The electrician showed up on time and was very friendly. He got down to business and finished the job in a very short amount of time. The bill was very reasonable. I am super pleased, and will definitely remember to call on Klocks again.

    I watched initial troubleshoot, and he couldn't put the washer into test mode to get an error code. He manually troubleshooted and claimed we needed to replace a $300 control board. He replaced and left, claiming it was fixed. You can't really tell until it runs through the entire washing cycle, which would have taken a while. When we figured out it didn't work, I got into the diagnostics and found the error code pointing to a $60 water valve. I paid him $470 in parts (I found the $300 part for $200 online), install, and service call, and it wasn't fixed. I asked him to bring my original part back with a receipt for the part so that I could possibly return and recoup some of what I paid. I came home early from work to meet him at 3:00. At 5:45, I texted and he responded from Georgetown. We agreed on the next morning. I stayed home from work until noon, and he was a no-show. In entering this, Angie's matched this to "Appliances and More" with the same phone number but a different address than he has on his website. If this is in error, I'm sorry. His card says 786 Appliances and More, and the address on his website is "9010 N. Interstate, Austin TX". If he meant "I35", he messed that up. I did drive by 9010 I35, and there is no company there by that name.

They had a team out to us the following afternoon. They let us know the window of time they would be out, and followed up when they were on their way.     DO NOT HIRE THIS SCAMMER!! I got a quote for $750 to install a ceiling fan & 4 sconces. Price seemed fair so I booked. After work was completed I got a bill for $1811.25. I spoke with George whom I got the quote from & he at first didn���t recall giving me that quote but then quickly sent me a screen shot of his notes that clearly said $750 for the work I needed. I then spoke with the owner, John Garcia, & he went on to tell me he was going to put a lien on my house if I didn���t pay the full amount & better still he threatened to come to my house & ���tear out everything we installed���. He also got into calling me names. He said the quote didn���t include switches. Really?!! Are these fixtures supposed to turn themselves on? I told him his issue was with his employee & not me.

    We just purchased a new house and inherited some electrical challenges related to our pool lights. I initially hired some electricians (from a different company) that charged me a lot to tell me that my problem could not be fixed without plowing up my back yard and basically rewiring everything. Then I called Dunman Electric for a second opinion and Cody and Alec arrived the next day were extremely polite and professional. They said that they enjoyed a challenge and loved solving problems. They had all the current tools and equipment and were able to properly diagnose and fix the problem. Overall, these guys did an awesome job and were very knowledgable, practical, and professional. I would recommend and I will be using them again when I need an electrician.

    Took a team of two electricians about an hour and a half to find the problem and replace outlets as needed. Cost for electricians was over double what I pay commercially through work; not sure if that's standard for a residential electrician company though.

    ABC Home & Commercial Services - Austin
    Called ABC for help as we had either an exterior GFCI plug that had died or a tankless water heater problem tripping the GFCI plug or both. Naturally it happened on a weekend! ABC dispatched the next available on-call plumber to evaluate the problem. The plumber determined that the tankless WH was fine and could not get the GFCI to respond. So an extension cord to another outlet kept the WH going until the electrician was available. When the electrician arrived on Monday morning, the GFCI tested as dead while the power to it was good. So a new GFCI was installed and we were back on line with our tankless WH.

    Blue Diamond Remodeling Inc
    We selected Blue Diamond Remodeling (BDR) from three competitive bids. BDR were excellent at doing the scope of work that we needed done. We had prepared a 13 page detailed scope of work document that listed everything that we wanted done as part of the Bid Package. BDR were responsible for demolition of the existing kitchen, internal walls, old electrical and old plumbing. They installed 4 new beams where we opened up wall to make a more modern open architecture house inside. Their Structural/framing subcontractor was exceedingly great and experienced. Once the walls were opened up BDR installed a new sub-electrical power panel to power all of the appliances per City of Austin Codes. We moved the location of the sink some 10 feet so BDR's plumbing sub had to open up the slab and route the hot & cold water and drain lines under the slab to the new location. Their electrician also installed new LED ceiling lights in the expanded kitchen. BDR supplied and installed all new floor tiles, backsplash and also refinished our existing hardwood flooring. They also insulated the open exterior walls and blew in new attic insulation ( this 1965 house barely had any). Overall, BDR gave us an excellent project manager who was here on site nearly every day. I strongly and whole-heartedly recommend BDR, we had an excellent experience. We got our own cabinets and countertops ourselves, and our supplier caused multiple delays, not in BDR's scope of responsibility, but BDR still got their scope done regardless of my scope.

    Fantastic communication, I knew every step of the way what the repair status was and what the next step would be. Kevin (the PM) responded in minutes to any questions I had and his team did fantastic quality work, and also worked clean and were just generally a very nice bunch of experts. If we ever have another crisis like this one (God forbid), these guys are the ones I���m calling first. We just did the final walkthrough and it looks even better than before the flood. They even built a custom cabinet identical to the one destroyed by mold with only verbal instructions, no pictures to go on and it���s beautiful.
