Driveway Pavers reviews in Austin

    ATX Asphalt Paving
Came to the job site didn't come up to the office to discuss. Called us later to request an email to send the quote to, was told they were sending it right then. I had to call back the day after to figure out why i didnt have it yet, they informed that they were sending it this morning, and then hung up on me. The quote was in the body of an email that only had 3 bullet points and a total cost. Each line item wasnt broken out individually as to how they came up with that number. It was very unprofessional. Would NOT recommend.

The demolition work started just before the heavy rains started in May 2015.  It rained pretty solid for 3 weeks which rendered the work almost impossible without creating a mud pit.  We agreed to stop work until the rains stopped and the site dried up.  Once the project was re-started in July, the work proceeded in a normal sequence.  We were not in a great hurry.  We cared more about having a good quality driveway and that's what we got in the end.

As early as March, 2014, the 12ft x 12ft section where JD Williams laid new asphalt began to peel off.. that is, the newly laid asphalt began to crack and peel apart into pieces.   I have been asking JD to come back and repair this section...that is, to stand behind the quality of his work.   I have an email trail from March 2014 to December, 2014, asking him to come over and repair.   JD kept promising to come and fix his work...but obviously, after 10+ months of chasing after him, he's not a man of his word and will not stand behind his work.    I strongly do NOT recommend JD Williams nor his company for any work.

Doug was helpful and professional. His entire crew were all family members. He provided ideas and solved a few drainage problems without additional cost to me. His bid was good, less than the first one we got. I was very satisfied. He was careful with protecting my property and plants.

Brock called me back within 24 hours of voicemail. He came to visit my property to view and measure the job right on schedule as promised. He and I discussed issues and appearance that were important to me. He explained the best way to do the job and the need to have to courses of stone and asphalt. He offered me options on top finish - loose stone, swept stone, asphalt - that would not affect the cost. We picked loose stone. The job was completed exactly on time and at the promised price. There was some stone laid by my sons and I and some old concrete cap over the old septic system. Brock removed all of it and placed it as fill on our property without any additional charges. Brock and his crew showed up as promised a couple of days later to completely clean up, view the work, make minor repairs, and explain to me about follow up calls. He also offered to place a drainage pipe under the drive if necessary since with the lack of rain the drainage was tough to gauge. Brock offered this additional work at no additional charge as well. He said it was part of the original deal to make sure the drainage was right.

I found these guys through Angie's list, and was impressed from the start.  Mike called me right back, and was able to walk me through the process over the phone.  He was able to mobilize a sizable team quickly and finished the job in one day.  His crew was great.  These guys obviously knew each other well, and I enjoyed the way that they interacted.  Teams that like each other do better work.  They were very sensitive our property and did a great job of cleaning up before they left.  I highly recommend them for this type of work.

    Warren Asphalt
I contacted Terry Warren, as well two other companies to request a quote to provide a chip and seal driveway
as well as part of our private road that serves three homeowners. Terry was prompt and answered all questions,
while providing an honest and fair price for the job. As a result, the other homeowners and myself
unanimously agreed to have Warren Asphalt do the job, which was somewhat extensive.
Being a business owner myself, I found working with Terry and his son, Doug was a totally positive
    experience. Heres what I liked:
    1. Fair and honest quote for the work.
    2. Easy to understand contract.
    3. Very fair pricing in a form that worked for several homeowners.
    4. Performed the job in a short period of time.
    5. Did very high quality of work.
    6. I feel if we have any problems, hell fix them within the warranty period with no questions asked.
I can strongly recommend Warren Asphalt for any asphalt or chip and seal needs. Doing business with Warren Asphalt has been a
    totally positive experience.

I found Brock Young to be very knowledgable, professional and easy to work with. He did an excellent job, involving me at every step in the process to be sure I was satisfied before proceeding. I'm very pleased with the result and will use Road Pro Paving again when I need more paving work done.

Brock and crew did a great job, taking care to clean well before coating, and to make sure the overspray was minimal. We also appreciated his keeping us informed when rain forced a rescheduling.

    WILLIAMS BROTHERS PAVING
They did a great job and I'd recommend them to friends and family.
Really felt they went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right and make sure we were happy. They even came back a couple of weeks later to inspect the work and make a couple of changes that I would have never noticed or asked them to address. They even filled a hole that the city left after the city repair at no cost and I didn't even have to ask them. Their price was very good and certainly reasonable compared to the other quotes.
The son Aaron was very professional and polite and made sure not to get the sidewalk dirty.
Will use them in the future.
