Flaco and his crew are quite simply the best. The are timely and accurate with their quotes and true craftsmanship Flaco hires talented carpenters, painters and other handy work that one might need. Our before and after was stunning and Flaco provided great guidance and suggested changes to the remodel that really helped the final project. Great work all around.

Fox came in behind another contractor and had to start over to make everything right. They did both bathrooms floor to ceiling, repaired electrical work, fixed improperly installed doors and drywall. There was a TON of work to do and they did a great job.

    Blue Diamond Remodeling Inc
Most excellent! Blue Diamond's ability to work with us with all our idiosyncrasies and inexperience was very welcomed. Their transparency with costs, scheduling, sub-contractors, city inspections, and permits, gave us a huge amount of confidence. Their ability to incorporate our changes was relatively seamless. Also, their focus on communicating via email, text, or phone calls, kept us current on the issues that occurred during our remodel. All in all, they were excellent and are working on other projects with our family.

Jeremy did our master bath and guest bath remodels. We would definitely hire him again. We were interested in doing part of the job ourselves. He had no problem with that. I love that he does costs by line item so you know exactly how much something will be. Several times during the remodels we considered making a change. He was great in working with us as we tried to figure out exactly what we wanted to do. He gave us new estimates and options for changes. We dont have that feeling of I wish I would have done this or that. We were able to purchase all of the materials ourselves so we knew exactly what we were getting. Remodels can be stressful. Not everything is going to go as planned. Jeremy is easy to work with and always addressed any questions or concerns we may have had. They did a great job!

Had Jodi and her crew come back to do a major winter clean up, create a stone pathway, add some nice landscape lighting and electrical outlets too. Also discussed a plan for another phase of construction for our home involving tile and paint. Another great experience and price. Much appreciated guys.

    H&H Design and Construction
Very well. Weather and inspection delays slowed the project down some, but the finished project is beautiful and doesnt look like an add-on at all! Mr. Hammet and his subs do quality work and they were always willing to do the extra jobs that we came up with during the construction. The job was finished within the budget (plus the extra stuff we requested). We are very happy with their work.

    Marks Builders
I was very pleased with my experience working with Mark's Builders! Dustin showed up right on time and got to work immediately. He listened to my specifications and executed my vision efficiently and professionally. He made great recommendations and went above and beyond in many ways. I'll be recommending Mark's Builders to all of my friends from now on. A+ work!

Overall this was a very good experience. The bid was clear and straight forward, the team arrived on time and when problems arose (wooden facia needing replacement) options were presented clearly and completed expertly. The main person I worked with visited throughout the project and even came back the next day to make sure the site was cleaned up and we were happy with the teams work. (Cost includes re-roofing, relocating an exhaust fan inside the bathroom, replacing the cricket and replacing facia.)

Terrible, Ive been left with an incomplete and messy remodel. Not just messy (which it is) in the sense of dirty but messy Im caulking, backsplash, texturing and more! As stated above also didnt clean up my job. Just walked off with no final walkthrough or anyone cleaning up the job site. Theres some kinda cement on my tile floor and behind my sink and I have no idea how to clean up on my quartz.dust everywhere. Said cleaning crew coming twice, no shows. Texture spray on my floor. My transition strips that were supposed to be glued down but they moved everywhere and now the clue is visible and on my very nice wood floors also now has sharp edges my granddaughter can walk over. Again dont know how to get off glue off without damaging the wood. I fired them. And After I fired them they begged to come make it right... they didnt and I wont mention names but they know who. And please dont let them tell you youll get a full crew because its a lie. Too much to type Jason called me basically in tears about 5 days ago saying the company had to close but I still see the website and he asked how he could make it right. I told him flat out you can give me the funds back for the parts not completeld so I can hire someone to come fix it and after that he never contacted me again no matter how I tried to reach him. I had them paint and repair my exterior before the interior I had to follow workers around because no communication and they had no idea what was supposed to be done. But I blew that off when Jason came to quote i gave another chance I told him to spell out on work on work order, so I thought great he did then they spent 3 weeks trying to put my kitchen sink in! Final words dont use them they do not have it together And if they have gone outta business then thats for the best but if so why are the listed here still? Over 22,000 on the interior Waste of time waste of all my remodel funds This was my dream remodel after almost 10 years of living here always wanted to do it and they ruined it Paint was good by J&B cylinder removal good Thats it
