    Repair My Appliance Austin
Jacob immediately identified the problem as low water pressure in the cold water faucet behind the washing machine. The mechanism inside the faucet had deteriorate (didn't open to let the water into the machine). I paid him for the service call and called a plumber to correct the situation because Jacob is only for the appliance repair.

    AAA All Brands Appliance
Our refrigerator stopped working. I called AAA all brands appliances on Saturday morning, and Johnny was able to come for to our home same afternoon. After diagnosing the problem, he recommended us to call LG directly, he said our compressor was still under warranty and LG would fix it. I called LG customer service, and they did acknowledge that compressor was under warranty and they will fix it.

    Appliances and More
I watched initial troubleshoot, and he couldn't put the washer into test mode to get an error code. He manually troubleshooted and claimed we needed to replace a $300 control board. He replaced and left, claiming it was fixed. You can't really tell until it runs through the entire washing cycle, which would have taken a while. When we figured out it didn't work, I got into the diagnostics and found the error code pointing to a $60 water valve. I paid him $470 in parts (I found the $300 part for $200 online), install, and service call, and it wasn't fixed. I asked him to bring my original part back with a receipt for the part so that I could possibly return and recoup some of what I paid. I came home early from work to meet him at 3:00. At 5:45, I texted and he responded from Georgetown. We agreed on the next morning. I stayed home from work until noon, and he was a no-show. In entering this, Angie's matched this to "Appliances and More" with the same phone number but a different address than he has on his website. If this is in error, I'm sorry. His card says 786 Appliances and More, and the address on his website is "9010 N. Interstate, Austin TX". If he meant "I35", he messed that up. I did drive by 9010 I35, and there is no company there by that name.

    Mr. Appliance of Austin
I called to get a ball park estimate on replacing my refrigerator gaskets. They said they could not give me an estimate on the phone but would charge me $99 for someone to come give me an estimate. Although this $99 would be credited if I decided to go with them. This sounds ridiculous to pay $99 for a quote!!!!

    Repair My Appliance Austin
Repair my Appliance Austin answered the phone when I called and scheduled a tech to come to the house the following day between 12 and 3. The scheduler was a bit hard to understand, but efficient. The tech called the next day and arrived within 15 minutes of his call. He was very nice and diagnosed the problem right away. The defroster sensor apparently was defective and had to be replaced. Since the frig did not know when to defrost, ice built up within the unit and the fan was rubbing against it every time it cycled on, hence the noise. The tech melted the ice and replaced the sensor. It works fine now. Very pleased and would hire again although I thought $145 for about 40 minutes of labor was a bit high.

    Austonian Appliance
Not well, very frustrating. Over charged for a very quick service to unclog a drain. $65 trip charge on Saturday to tell me that I needed to unplug the fridge & hed be back on Tues. I spent the morning on Tuesday trying to confirm when he was coming. Finally gave me a 3-6 pm window. Arrived at 5:20. Took about 15 min to unclog the drain. Charged another $65 trip charge & $189 for the service no parts or materials required on his part. Wanted to charge me a discounted rate of $80 to clean the coils on the back. When my daughter confronted him, saying that could be done in 5 min with a shop vac, he changed the subject, took his payment & left. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!

    a1 austin appliance repair
Mr Drayton came out to look at the fridge and determined the compressor was bad. He ordered a new one and it took a week to come in. I had to call and text him to get updates because he didn't provide them unless I did. When he did show up with the new compressor he couldn't get it to work. So he went to go get another one. He couldn't get that one to work either. He claimed that the controller board in the fridge was going to have to be replaced. "Supposedly" went to San Antonio to get a new one...never came back...never replied. Our fridge was down for almost 2 weeks before I got a new vendor to come out. The new vendor fixed the fridge in less than a hour WITHOUT replacing anything else. Mr Drayton had that new compressor wired wrong and THAT is why it wouldn't work. Mr Drayton didn't even contact me back until I contested his charge with paypal (yes he uses paypal for payments). He showed up in a personal vehicle and not a business vehicle. His listed business address is a postal shop and not an actual address for his business. I can't explain how much people should avoid this business. He doesn't know what he's doing as is apparent from the fact the second vendor fixed the issue in less than an hour that Mr Drayton couldn't fix after almost 2 weeks.

The Service Technician showed up on time, with the correct equipment to test the temperature problem with my oven. He explained what he was doing and answered all my questions along the way. It turned out that my oven was performing just fine, and that I didn't understand the temperature RANGE that is within the boundaries of the temp I select. He was very patient with helping me understand what to expect. I definitely recommend Austonian Appliance!

    Atlas Appliance Repair
Reasonably well. The prime symptom was the ice maker no longer working. That was quickly replaced. But no ice was made and then I noticed the fridge was subject to large temperature swings. Called Jacob, he came out the next day, diagnosed that the heating element that controls defrosting had failed and repaired that without charging for labor.

    Repair My Appliance Austin
Called and got an appointment for the same day. Technician called shortly after to tell me that he was in the area and was available if I would like it fixed earlier! Of course, I said yes, and true to his word, he showed up about 15 minutes later. After asking me a few questions about the problem, he immediately diagnosed it, and explained what was occurring. He game me provided me an estimate which I found very fair, and work commenced. He was done in just under half an hour, was extremely professional, proficient, and left absolutely no mess in my kitchen! He advised me what to do if the problem reoccurs (apparently common with Samsung refrigerators) wished me a good day and left. I only wish all jobs at my home could be handled this easily! I'd hire this technician again in a heartbeat, and intend to look to this company first for all my repair needs.
