    Poor customer service. Chris did come out and verified what I already told him - the inlet water valve was leaking and needs to be replaced. I gave him the make and model number. He said he would try to find the part. After a few days I called him and he said his 'usual' sources claimed the part was discontinued and he would not go to an outside 3rd party to find one. Another day passes and I decided to find the part online. I found one through Amazon in about 10 minutes (great return policy if needed), installed the part myself (probably took me longer than Chris would have taken), and I am back in the water/ice business. Chris was too busy to actually help.

    Alpha Omega scheduled us very timely. The repair person Chris was very professional and did a great job explaining what was wrong, how long the ordered part would take as well as the price. Definitely would use Alpha Omega again!

    The technician arrived promptly and determined the problem-the shocks will need to be replaced at some point. He suggested how we might change the way we load the washer to mitigate the leakage temporarily and the office emailed the quote to replace the parts. I will definitely use this company again.

    Todd reached out to us immediately and was able to give us a quote the next day. He was very respectful on the phone and in person. He completed the fix within 45 minutes or so and our water dispenser works like new! Easy to work with and the pricing was fair. I would definitely work with Todd again.

    The first three companies I called wouldn't even come out to look at my microwave, because it is a built-in "combo" unit with an electric oven. Alpha Omega wasn't fazed by this, and came out the next day. I was afraid the problem would be a control board ($$$), but luckily the tech (Ray) diagnosed a bad door safety switch. He went ahead and replaced all 3 switches, since the microwave was 19 years old. Ray charged a "fixed" labor charge, which for a more complicated repair would likely be a good deal. For my 20-minute repair, it means I paid a fairly high labor rate. But, I admit the total price I paid was less than I expected to get my microwave working again. I am happy with Ray and the office personnel who set up and confirmed the appointment.

    We have a 25-year-old built-in oven. Repairman diagnosed problem (blown control panel) and knew of a place in town (Fix Your Board) that could reconstruct the board. ABC then came back out to reinstall. Great solution for an oven where parts are no longer available and dimensions to fit in wall aren���t standard. Happy to save landfill space as well. Only complaint is that the service windows are not realistic (8 am to 6 pm). They also called to say someone was 30 minutes out and it took nearly 1.5 hours. So be prepared to waste a day waiting.

    Jacob checked the functionality of different cycle settings, then re-set or rebooted the washer's software, problem solved. He charged me $65 for a diagnostic call instead of the $125 minimum for a service call. (Kenmore service offered me an appointment in 2 weeks with a $109 service call. I declined the offer.) I am a very pleased customer & will definitely call this company again. Highly recommended!

    Jacob immediately identified the problem as low water pressure in the cold water faucet behind the washing machine. The mechanism inside the faucet had deteriorate (didn't open to let the water into the machine). I paid him for the service call and called a plumber to correct the situation because Jacob is only for the appliance repair.

    Our refrigerator stopped working. I called AAA all brands appliances on Saturday morning, and Johnny was able to come for to our home same afternoon. After diagnosing the problem, he recommended us to call LG directly, he said our compressor was still under warranty and LG would fix it. I called LG customer service, and they did acknowledge that compressor was under warranty and they will fix it.
