  • The service seemed fine, although I thought the pricing was high.
Then they really p***** me off when they started to deliver cases of smaller bottled water that was never authorized.
All along I thought these were free gifts for ordering so many large bottles of water, then one day the bookkeeper showed me an invoice where the price for these little TINY bottles of water was almost $10 per case the large bottles at the Provider name locked. are about $3.50 a case and they are charging almost $10 for a bottle half the it's really like paying $20 for a case of standard size bottle of water...W**...are you kidding me...these charges were NEVER authorized by any person in charge or who is the owner or signs the checks...No one ever makes changes to any service with out authorization.  SLAMMING CHARGES shame on you Provider name locked. !

  • My only complaint, prior to my attempts to cancel, was that their website wasn't very good.
I cancelled my service with D.S. Waters in December, 2013. D.S. charges a deposit for its water bottles. I made three appointments via their customer service number, to have the bottles and cooler / stand picked up. D.S. Waters failed to appear on any of the three occasions.
I called Provider name locked. ' Atlanta office and left a message on their "Executive Escalation Line" and no one returned my call. On my second call to the "Executive Escalation Line" a representative made a promise that the bottles and equipment would be picked up. She further promised to follow up the day after. Neither happened.
After opening a complaint with the BBB, the bottles were picked up on 1/16/2014.  On 1/28/2014 I was notified via the BBB that I would receive a credit in 4-6 weeks.   A

  • I think Provider name locked. is great. I like bottled water in glass bottles. I think the taste is much better. Provider name locked. , who delivers our water, is very prompt, professional, and helpful. I've used another bottled water company for years and much prefer Provider name locked. .
