  • They are not able to keep to a schedule.  It was awful how long you have to wait.  The staff is really friendly.  I had a bad experience after my braces came off.  My retainer cracked.  When I showed it to the orthodontist she said there isn't any defect in the material and it cracked because I took them out wrong.  She said I was supposed to use two hands rather than one.  I follow instructions, especially for expensive items in my life, quite well and know this was not stated to me.  She insisted it was and that I could buy new ones ($345) or use my "Smile Protection" plan to get new ones ($250).  I said I don't know what that protection plan is and she insisted I signed it when I got my retainers.  They found out in my paperwork that I didn't sign it and were trying to get me to sign it.  I told them I was really disappointed that my retainers broke and there was no reason for them to break after such a short period of time.  There was no concession and now I went through braces, spent all that money, and my teeth will probably shift again unless I fork out more money.  I was very disappointed that the retainers broke in the first place, I wasn't told about using two hands, and I have to buy new ones.  If I do get new ones it won't be from them.

  • I purchased a coupon through crowd cut last year because I do not have dental insurance. The coupon cost $70 for exam, x-rays, cleaning, and take home bleaching. I have never liked going to the dentist so naturally I postponed using the coupon until almost the expiration date. When I made the appointment the receptionist was very nice and helpful and I was able to get an appointment the following week. The office is in an office building and I drove past it the first time but was very pleased when I did not have to pay to park in Buckhead. I was immediately greeted with a smile by the receptionist and notice the many, many awards and certificates achieved by the doctor. Turns out the dentist does everything from general dentistry to oral surgery with IV sedation and everything in between. I was disappointed to find out that they do not do invisalign but they explained to me that invisalign does not work as well as regular braces (they do metal braces but they are "6-month braces" so they work faster). I was taken back shortly after completing the paperwork and was given a very thorough and painless exam and cleaning. I can understand how frustrating groupons must be but I wasn't treated like a discounted patient. The hygienist worked on my overdue mouth for more than an hour and explained to me all the problems I had and how to solve them. Both the hygienist and the dentist were very Provider name locked. which helped alleviate my fear. The dentist was very personable compared to other dentists I have been to. They also had a lot of high tech equipment like a laser to check for cavities and digital x-rays and I was told that Dr. Provider name locked. would use a microscope and a laser to fill my 2 cavities. The cost of the cavities was not outrageous so I decided to schedule an appointment. The cavity filling experience was equally as pleasant as my first visit. The assistant (I had not met her my first visit) was very nice and professional and talking to her made me relax. She gave me headphones and put on my favorite music so I couldn't hear what was going on. Again Dr. Provider name locked. was very Provider name locked. and the whole experience was pain free and I'm very pleased with the result. My only complaint is that the office (particularly the rooms) are kind of small but it is clear that they focus on quality over quantity. The office complex also needs a better sign so people don't drive past it.

  • We loved Dr Provider name locked. ! The prices were competitive, for sure. I think she is an excellent practitioner. She is very practical. She was very flexible about working with our schedule. Her staff is also great! We had a long term relationship with her, and she was excellent! I would definitely recommend her to others.
