  • I purchased the $549 deal for 16 hours of labor from Pro Green. The company was very prompt with all communication and a breeze to get scheduled. The two guys they sent arrived on time the day of the appt. I walked my yard with them explaining what I needed done. My main objectives were removing some ivy and raking up leaves. A couple of hours into the job one of the guys had to leave so the company sent two additional guys to make sure they would be able to complete the 16 labor hours provided by the deal. The two that arrived to replace the guy that had to leave hardly worked at all. I periodically checked on them as I would pass by my rear patio doors. Numerous times one of the guys was on his cell phone. The only thing I saw one of the other guys do was blow leaves into the corner of my back yard. I assumed from that point they would be bagging the leaves since that was what had been discussed during the walk through earlier in the day. Unfortunately, I was on a work conference call when they finished so they left before I had a Provider name locked. to inspect their work. They did remove the ivy, but instead of bagging the leaves they blew them deep into my flower beds and the corner of my yard. The one guy that worked here all day worked hard and did a great job removing the ivy, but the two they sent as replacements for the one guy that had to leave did as little as possible. In the end there was no value in this deal.

  • When we first moved into the house, after using the water for a while, I saw water on our porch. We assumed it was the irrigation system under the porch. They pulled all the plants away from the house to find a leak. We found out that the water was coming from the inside of the house. They tarred and sealed all of the front of our house. They replanted everything. Our lawn is in a flood plane so it's very difficult to keep grass alive but they have managed to do it. While we lived overseas for 2 years they continued to do top notch work and kept us informed about our renters damaging our driveway which the property agent failed to do. They've pressure washed, pine strawed, seeded and more. We never had to worry. Now that we're living in Florida our house in Atlanta is for sale. My realtor was recently showing the house and the basement had recently flooded in a corner. We thought maybe a sprinkler pipe for the irrigation had broke. We called Provider name locked. at the office, whom we have a very good relationship with, and she sent Provider name locked. out the next morning. It was pouring rain but he went out and figured out that the water was coming from the gutter which was clogged. He got onto the roof in the rain and cleaned out that entire corner of the gutter. He saw it had come apart in the corner which was causing the water to run down the side of the house and into a window in the basement. He repaired the gutter, cleaned it out, went home to get his personal wet/dry vac and came back to my house and moved all of the items that were in that section of the basement and dry vacced the floor. I don't know of any lawn service that would have done that. They put the rest of their schedule on hold to take care of our problem because they knew we couldn't. They are amazing! They are a family-owned business. They don't go the extra mile, they go the extra 10 miles.

  • Outstanding!
Provider name locked. had done work for us 4 years ago in our back yard.  They replaced a large (for our property) troublesome water feature and added stone accents around the yard.  It looks as good today as it did when it was installed.
Last week Navid, a partner, stopped by to say hi and check on us as he had a job in our neighborhood.  As it happened, we were in the process of getting prices to remove a large inappropriately situated evergreen.  We had been told that our best option was to cut the tree level with the ground and leave the stump as getting a stump grinder in the spot would be a problem.
Navid, and I spoke about it and he said he could do it all.  From there we spoke about our crumbling front (brick) steps.  His ideas were creative and so we decided to go ahead and do the work.  We already had a trusting relationship and his price sounded fair.
They did not disappoint.  The work was immediately tended to and we are very happy with the result.
As in the past, they went out of their way to make sure we were happy with progress throughout the job.  Flagstone was our replacement choice because we wanted to match some retaining walls in the yard.  Navid, sent me photos of the flagstone he was looking at and Provider name locked. had pallets of the top two choices sent to my house so I could choose live.  The other was returned.
This is typical (in our two experiences) of their above and beyond service approach.  I also noticed as I interacted with the workers that they clearly enjoy working with the company are respected and cared for.  I have no doubt that this contributes to the quality work.
