Global Value Supply- Renovate for Less Outlet
We first went to their website - [*** Link removed ***] and we liked the products and pricing. So, we decided to go visit their showroom in Roswell. We found 2 vanities, faucets, lighting, and a toilet. We saved approximately $850 by going to Global Value Supply vs our local big box retail store. We have since gone back twice for appliances and a kitchen faucet. Great place with very professional staff- will definitely recommend to all my family and friends!

Overview: I started off hopeful, because they said based on my situation I was verbally quoted "X" price. I made it clear from that phone call forward, whether on the phone or in person with a tech, my expectation was to pay within the quoted price range, and that should anything change in that quote that I would be informed immediately so that we could determine how to proceed from there. Long story short, that didn't happen. Quality: The quality was mediocre at best. I spoke with multiple professionals throughout the process that provided the professional opinions on the quality of work being completed. For starters, the loss wasn't treated as a level 3 loss. In a level 3 loss barriers are supposed to be erected to keep contaminants from traveling throughout the rest of the house. That didn't happen. Dry wall cuts are expected to be lasered, chalk lined, and then cut with a professional cutting tool. My dry wall was eyeballed by a tech who used a box cutter. Value: The initial invoice came in at 3X the quoted price. I was told I had to complete a certificate of satisfaction before the invoice could be sent to me. The price invoiced for the "value" of work provided was laughable. Professionalism: Professionalism wasn't ever portrayed to me. I was bullied, threatened, and treated downright disrespectfully. I requested to speak with management on multiple occasions and was never given that opportunity. It took a corporate complaint to finally get a call from management, a call in which I was threatened continually to pay the invoice or else there would be a lien on my home. Responsiveness: The team at Servpro Marietta West may have responded, but provided nothing of substance or value in their response. Thus leading to more wasted phone calls and emails. The most responsive thing I received during the process was getting my bill cut to around 2X the quoted amount. Punctuality: After the first night the techs informed me they would arrive the next morning around 9 a.m. to finish the job. They called around 6 o'clock the next night. I had a previous obligation and was told I would have to wait an additional 2 days for them to come back with the needed equipment to complete the job. The job took over a week to complete! It turns out it was their way of sticking you with the highest bill possible. My Advise: Stay away at all cost. If you have already hired them to do a job, make sure they are getting all of their equipment out of your house as soon as possible. Deny materials to save yourself the unforeseen costs. Above everything else, get a quote in writing. Verbal quotes are useless.

They did clean the water up. But, they left a mess, completely took advantage and way overcharged. Inexperienced. They will extract every dollar they can along with the water. They were completely dishonest. Price never quoted and the meter kept running. You would do better to look elsewhere. Not trustworthy at all.

    Intown Craftsmen
Intown Craftsmen represents an intelligent choice in home improvement. Russ Melton, owner, and his team are professional, accommodating, and skilled. Russ accommodated my schedule coming late in the evening to meet us and view the job. He offered fair pricing and a work schedule that proved to work for everyone. His team came on time, worked diligently and checked in along the way to get approval as the items on the 'punch list' were completed. The touch-up painting, carpentry (repair of hand rails on stairs), electrical work (outlets grounded, 3-way switch repaired, dishwasher wiring repaired), and finishing work were all done to complete satisfaction. Although there was no plumbing involved in this job, Russ has a complete staff of tradesmen to cover any need in home improvement. Russ guarantees his work. If there were any questions about a task detail, he made the changes to meet the expectations of his customer. Russ also provides a wealth of information for 'do it yourselfers.' He provided and explained the use of an electrical outlet function tool. He provided referrals to engage other professionals and to secure materials. I chose Intown Craftsmen based on feedback from customers who had done major renovations with this company. For Russ, no job is too small because my list contained several small items that were big problems for me. I have complete confidence in this company and will call them again for work to be done in the near future.

    AA Marble & Granite
From the initial consult, fabrication, installation and the owners follow-up call this was one of the best home renovation experiences we have ever had. The entire process took about two weeks and was apart of a total kitchen renovation. From the initial sales consult, slab selection, template measurement and installation every step was documented and completely explained in advance. There were no surprises!

    Preferred Property Solutions, Inc
Skip and his team did an impeccable job on our home & went above and beyond our expectations. We are getting our house prepared for selling & with all the items their team worked on, the house looks brand new... they even repaired some minor items that were not included in our quote. The price was very reasonable for the amount of work & quality of the work. They showed up as promised, cleaned up and we could not have asked for a more perfect outcome!! Will definitely be recommending them to friends & family... thanks Skip!!

We went to the showroom and they were very professional and showed us a lot of samples. They even gave a small piece of granite to make sure it matched our kitchen. The counter top fit perfectly. The tile back splash was done professionally and I have no complaints. I would recommend Amazon and I would use them again. Price was very reasonable.
