  • Only after they removed the old cable (to make sure the replacement was the exact match) did we all learn the equipment manufacturer recently filed bankruptcy and replacement cables were no longer available. Provider name locked. searched all over the country to find a cable, and finding none, searched and tried several places to make a custom cable. He invested a great amount of time and effort to find this, all the while telling me how important customer service was to him and his business. After weeks of searching a cable was found and installed. It was then that the technician found that the reason for the original cable failure was a slight deviation in routing of the original installation. Since Provider name locked. knew (but I did not) that it was his company who installed it originally, he immediately said he could not charge me for the repair. Knowing how much time he invested in this effort, I offered to at least pay for the cable, but Provider name locked. would have none of it. His honesty and true customer satisfaction focus convinced me I will always call Provider name locked. if I ever need repairs or can recommend them to anyone I know.

  • The in-store representative was very friendly, very knowledgeable. When he didn't know how the machine rated on consumer reports, he let me go back to their computer to look up on-line reviews so I would be confident in my purchase. They stayed within my budget and did not try to over-sell me. The prices are steep, but are the fair rate for the quality of the products they carry (gym and commercial quality equipment). Delivery took a little longer than I would have liked (a little over 2 weeks), but the delivery service was professional and responsive. They came and set up the machine and both gentlemen were friendly, professional, and helpful.

  • Excellent experience overall. The manager was very accommodating and knowledgeable without being too pushy. You can buy fitness equipment for a lot less elsewhere, but not of this quality - this place is for equipment that lasts with a 10-yr warranty and brands recommended by Consumer Reports. Make sure to ask about sales though; we thankfully did and were told they were giving 20% off; there would have been no way to know this otherwise since there were no visible markdowns or signs.
