  • Provider name locked. gave stellar service! If it weren't for their administrative personnel (in particular Provider name locked. ) I wouldn't have come in! The rest of the staff was wonderful! Dr. Provider name locked. made my husband and I feel sooo welcome and he treated us with respect and extreme patience.  He is the type of dentist that really cares for his patients total comprehensive well-being. He took an unexpected level of patience and instruction that doesn't seem to exist with many dentists.  My husband and I didn't feel like he was just a tooth-mechanic working on teeth.  He is kind and gentle.  He put a plan together that was clear and reasonable.
Dentistry is typically expensive (especially with no insurance), but atleast if you've got to get it done, get it done by someone who is caring, will take his/her time with you and not always interested in the bottom cash-line.  Also, someone that wants to be your family dentist not just someone that wants to fix a problem and could care less if s/he sees you again.
Kudos to you all at Provider name locked. !

  • I called to make an appointment after the referral and the woman who answered was prompt, kind, and courteous.  She offered to move up my schedule if I was in severe pain, but I was able to wait the few days to see Dr Provider name locked. .  On meeting Dr Provider name locked. I found her supremely competent and wonderfully patient with all my questions and concerns.  After doing a initial and thorough examination she explained to me the process of what needed to be done, and all the materials she would be using for the procedure.
After this she was able to start on me that day because the woman who scheduled on the phone knew to recommend that possibility.  During the procedure (the first time I've had one done!) Dr Provider name locked. was consistently concerned with how I was doing and how the things she needed to do felt for me.  It was easy to relax and let the work be done.  After the procedure was finished, which went more quickly than I expected, she waited again until i had finished with my questions and stood up to leave.  This was a nice touch, since many other dentists don't make certain all your concerns are met.
I went back several weeks later for the second half of the procedure and found the same excellent treatment.  Overall the entire experience far surpassed many others I've had, and this for a procedure that I was very worried about.  My symptoms resolved themselves, and I was prepared for everything that needed to happen.  The staff was also very personable and on the ball.  I'd recommend this office to anyone, and would definitely use them again (though I hope I don't need to!).

  • I purchased a coupon through crowd cut last year because I do not have dental insurance. The coupon cost $70 for exam, x-rays, cleaning, and take home bleaching. I have never liked going to the dentist so naturally I postponed using the coupon until almost the expiration date. When I made the appointment the receptionist was very nice and helpful and I was able to get an appointment the following week. The office is in an office building and I drove past it the first time but was very pleased when I did not have to pay to park in Buckhead. I was immediately greeted with a smile by the receptionist and notice the many, many awards and certificates achieved by the doctor. Turns out the dentist does everything from general dentistry to oral surgery with IV sedation and everything in between. I was disappointed to find out that they do not do invisalign but they explained to me that invisalign does not work as well as regular braces (they do metal braces but they are "6-month braces" so they work faster). I was taken back shortly after completing the paperwork and was given a very thorough and painless exam and cleaning. I can understand how frustrating groupons must be but I wasn't treated like a discounted patient. The hygienist worked on my overdue mouth for more than an hour and explained to me all the problems I had and how to solve them. Both the hygienist and the dentist were very Provider name locked. which helped alleviate my fear. The dentist was very personable compared to other dentists I have been to. They also had a lot of high tech equipment like a laser to check for cavities and digital x-rays and I was told that Dr. Provider name locked. would use a microscope and a laser to fill my 2 cavities. The cost of the cavities was not outrageous so I decided to schedule an appointment. The cavity filling experience was equally as pleasant as my first visit. The assistant (I had not met her my first visit) was very nice and professional and talking to her made me relax. She gave me headphones and put on my favorite music so I couldn't hear what was going on. Again Dr. Provider name locked. was very Provider name locked. and the whole experience was pain free and I'm very pleased with the result. My only complaint is that the office (particularly the rooms) are kind of small but it is clear that they focus on quality over quantity. The office complex also needs a better sign so people don't drive past it.
