  We have hired Fast Junk Removal on 5 separate occasions, as of this writing, and I plan to hire them again. We also needed some very expensive furniture picked up from an estate sale and delivered to our home, and they were happy to quote a reasonable rate. Our interactions have been with Andrew, and we have met several other people employed by the company. They have never failed to follow through on a job. They have never even been late for a job with us. Andrew is professional and very thorough, and he always adds a little extra value, like sweeping the garage floor after they're finished removing things. They also know the rules and regulations concerning disposal of electronics and things like paint. Their people are also pleasant to chat with and seem to enjoy their work, which is really nice. We hire them on a regular basis and will continue to do so.

  Burden's team was professional. They arrived within their stated window, handled the items carefully, and placed them in the requested location. Their pricing was fair. Unlike other firms we called, they did not try to price-gouge us for needing a pickup on short notice.

  NO SWEAT XPRESS MOVING

  This is my first review ever, but feel Doug and his assistant are worth a shout out! Within 24 hours of my phone call, my new couch was delivered with care and expertise despite stairs with a turn at the top. They then delivered my old couch to a different destination with the same attention to detail. Doug is professional, prompt, efficient and fairly priced. I told them they make it look too easy!

  Rockline Moving

  AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COST! They damaged by headboard because they packed it terrible and didn't even cushion it at all, which I specifically pointed out before we left and they assured me wouldn't be an issue. Sure enough, when they moved it in I noticed a large chip in the wood that definitely hadn't been there before, in a very visible area. 
  
  They admitted it was their fault and had me write a claim on a special sheet and someone would be in touch with me about it. When no one called, I reached back out to Brett who was the one who originally scheduled the move. He said it's no problem, they would reach out to schedule a time to come fix it. I thought, wow, great service, I will definitely recommend. 
  
  I waited and no one followed up. Almost a week later, I followed up again and at this point they began completely avoiding me. I was super polite, didn't make a big deal about the chip, but obviously I expected it to be fixed. No calls back, no answer. I emailed multiple times, sent a message through the website, called their office line literally dozens of times at different times of the day, and left multiple voice messages. I began expressing disappointment and asking them please to call me back to take care of this issue they assure me would be taken care of. No calls or emails back, after weeks of effort to reach out.
  
  I really really can't respect a company that says they're gonna do something and then doesn't do it. I wouldn't have even bothered writing this review if they had just told me from the beginning that they don't fix damaged furniture when it's their fault (although I wouldn't have hired them from the beginning if that were the case). 
  
  I am highly disappointed by the actions of this company and will urge everyone I know, including you reading this review, to please avoid this company. They will damage your furniture and disappear when it's time to take responsibility.

  The delivery person called 1 hour prior to arrival as promised. Delivered and set up bed. Took old bed away. They even helped me move a bed frame from one room to another. Very professional. Great experience.

  Atlanta Treadmill & Fitness Repair

  I highly recommend Atlanta Treadmill & Fitness Repair. My Landice needed a serious overhaul, with several new parts. After an initial diagnostic visit which found the motor was beyond repair and belts needed replacing, I was given a reasonable quote given the amount of labor involved. A very proficient service tech then came out to do the work. He found a couple of additional problems that could not have been diagnosed up front. He came back to fix these, too. Despite this, I was NOT charged for the additional labor; Atlanta Treadmill honored their original quote, with alacrity. My treadmill now works like new. These guys exceeded my expectations.

  It took more than three weeks for it to be delivered. We tried to contact them by all means and they did not have a single phone number. The only way to reach them was through their website but there has been no response to their inquiries.

  It went AMAZING!! Thank you so much for the stellar service. The gentlemen who helped me were polite and punctual. They took all of the furniture that I no longer wanted for free! I loved the appointment process because it was so fast and accurate. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Thank goodness this business exists.

  ROOMS TO GO

  I paid for the delivery. Two people came out to deliver the furniture. They were friendly. They were mindful of my carpet. Because it was a very wet messy day, they did take care of my carpet and with unloading the furniture without tearing up the walls. So they were careful.

  April called to schedule delivery of furniture I had made in North Carolina.  She was very polite and offered me multiple dates for the delivery.  We agreed on a date and she told me I would get an email confirmation and the time window when the delivery would be made.  I received an email confirmation as promised and it also included the name of the person who would be making the delivery and their picture.  The delivery window was a 4 hour time slot and I was told they would call 30 minutes before they arrived.  The day of the delivery I received a call telling me the delivery truck was on its way.  Even though the window was between 10-2, they arrived right at 10:00.  The two men delivering the furniture were very polite and professional.  They delivered all of the furniture, removed all of the wrappings and took the trash with them when they left.  I was extremely pleased with this delivery service.  I especially liked receiving the email with the name and picture of the delivery personnel, a very nice touch.  They did everything they said they were going to do and when they said they were going to do it!  Excellent!!
