  • Provider name locked. was a joy to work with. We had worked with him before to design another kitchen when he worked for a different company. He is not only a great designer with an eye for kitchen layout, but everything went as smoothly as one would ever imagine. Their cabinets are top notch and the countertops are as well. We were able to go to the granite yard and pick out the actual slab that we would be using. Very personable, professional, and know their stuff!

  • Provider name locked. was delightful to work with from start to finish. I learned of them from a friend who had recently purchased granite countertops from them. I visited their slab yard and found several options. Note I said "slab yard." They do not have a fancy showroom with someone to escort you around. They do have a gallery with samples of every brand of quartz you might want to order, but the slabs on site are all outside (bring a sunhat). They also have a "boneyard" of partial slabs that might fit the bill for smaller jobs - allowing you to get an exotic pattern without having to buy the whole slab.
I selected my granite and arranged for a measurement by their professional - this was done quickly and efficiently. There was no long wait for the fabrication. They emailed me a layout for approval within a few days of the measurement: the layout they sent was a photo of my slab showing where the pattern would fall, where the sink cutout would be, etc. I live close by, so I went over to take a look in person and found that the photo was an exact representation of the slab. If you do not live nearby, you may rely on their photo. They asked if I wanted any adjustments to the placement of the layout on the slab, but I was satisfied with their selection of which portion of the slab to use for both kitchen counters and vanity. We scheduled installation for the following week.
The best part is that Provider name locked. will tear out the old counters on the same day as the installation - and the plumber can come in the next day (after the adhesive has set up) to hook up the faucets. I've remodeled kitchens before and had to wait for weeks between the tear out and installation. Not with this company! It's a seamless process. I purchased a new kitchen sink from NGG, and they installed that on site, also drilling the holes for the faucets on site. They cleaned up afterwards and hauled off the old counters.
I love my "White Taupe" granite countertops. They look just as good as I'd hoped, and the stress level with this job was lower than I've ever experienced. I was particularly pleased that they did not balk at the rules of my high-rise condominium for use of the loading dock and service elevator. They understood the need to be respectful of other residents, and followed the rules. The installers were polite and efficient.
In conclusion, if you know what you want, and don't need the fancy showroom, give Provider name locked. a try. You will save money, get a better selection (they can get more slabs than you see on site when you visit), and get a professional installation from this company.

  • I've used Provider name locked. twice now, and both times have been so impressed by
the customer service, the professionalism of the
representatives....every step of the experience has been positive.
Yesterday during my install, there was a problem with the size of the
bathroom vanity I'd chosen--after the under mount sink went in, there
wasn't enough room for the faucet to be installed property.  Long story
short, Provider name locked. removed the counter, didn't charge me for the granite
or the sink, and I'm going to have them re-install the granite with a
Provider name locked. sink next week.  They were extremely helpful and sympathetic and
went out of their way to make me a happy customer.  I would recommend
them to anyone.  Their prices are excellent, and they are the nicest
    people besides.
