  • I've used this dry cleaner for 3-4 years now and have stuck with them for convenience reasons only. I'm now in search of another business to handle my dry cleaning and alterations because the hems in the cuffs of son's my suits have fallen completely out and this is the last incident I'm willing to put up with. Although I've patronized this business for years the lady attendant is not friendly. One time I persisted to the point of her having to get the owner on the phone to get a free dry cleaning because they wasted my time not performing an alteration I paid for and had to revisit. Thankfully the owner understood the situation and provided the free cleaning but the attendant was not willing to speak to the owner until I insisted she make it right. If you want to pay expensive prices for dry cleaning and alterations that you may have to waste time to get done correctly and have an unfriendly attendant help you who does not understand how to provide customer service then this business is the one for you.

  • We want to add our voices to the many who sing the praises of Stephen Cohen, his wife Christina, and the top notch folks who work with them. From the start, Steve was communicative, eager to help, and easy to work with. He came to our home, assessed our curved sofa, and brought hundreds of leather samples. He quickly emailed options for us to choose from regarding cost and job size. He returned the finished sofa today and we are beside ourselves with delight!! The sofa is gorgeous, the leather is soft and buttery, we love the color, and the workmanship is stellar. Yes, if you are thinking of getting a cherished piece of leather furniture re-covered and re-furbished, give yourself the gift of Leather Finesse. We are so glad we did. Thanks again, Steve!

  • Leather ottoman was scratched when delivered by furniture store. They sent Leather Finesse. He was very knowledgeable, listened to my concerns, replaced the top of the ottoman, worked quickly, and the best part was that he noticed something that I had not noticed and fixed it. Highly recommend.

  • My husband got a Vera Bradley bag monogrammed for me at this place. Despite the proof SPECIFICALLY saying for them to embroider the side opposite the inside pockets, the embroidered the side with the pockets, basically seeing the pockets up. They essentially ruined the entire bag and won’t even refund the charge for the monogramming. When we called the lady said she couldn’t do anything and then hung up on us. I highly recommend you avoid this business.

  • I am completely and utterly devastated as a result of my experience with Lace Alterations. My wedding is in two weeks, and I am now left with a totally different dress than when I walked through Lace's doors a few months back. I walked into the shop seeking out minor alterations to my wedding dress, and Lace completely tore apart my dress without my knowledge or consent. At each appointment, of which I had four for a minor fix, I found new things wrong with my dress, none of which were a result of things I asked for. For example, I asked for my bodice fabric to be smoothed, and the straps to be taken up. When I returned to try on my dress, the fabric had been cut, resewn unevenly, and pulled so that there were new ripples in my dress, and the seams along my bust were completely uneven and were not sewn on the same line. Lace had also taken out the lining of my dress, and had improperly sewn it back in, making the job of my new seamstress all the more difficult, if not impossible. Bottom line- I walked in with one dress, and now I have one that looks and feels completely different. Beyond Lace's incompetence in altering my dress, their customer service was pitiful. During my fourth appointment, I started crying out of disappointment and fear, because my wedding is two weeks away. I was told that I was rude for crying and for criticizing their work. The way that Lace, specifically Gloria, treated my mother and I is disgraceful, and they should be ashamed. To top off the entire experience, Lace charged me $450, and refused to return any money. I was forced to leave Lace Alterations in tears to find another seamstress to save my dress, at my own cost. I sincerely hope any bride considering Lace will take my advice and run far, far away.

  • Very well. From start to finish, the staff at Expert Furniture made this as easy on the customer as possible. Very easy to contact, schedule, and send requested information. Kept in contact with arrival notices and appointment reminders, very responsive to emails and phone calls. Technician was on-time (early), polite, efficient, and achieved perfect results. Will absolutely be using them again!

  • GreenEarth did a great job on some delicate items, a very nice knit suit, and a difficult two-tone dress that is prone to bleeding. I love that they are environmentally friendly but they were also not as expensive as I expected for such service and green processing.

  • This is the worse dry cleaners in Atlanta! I took a brand new dress ($140.00) because it got wet in my closet from storm damage to my roof ( a total of 26 pieces). I had been a customer before this with no problems except they are super expensive! but it seemed as if ownership may have changed. When I picked up my dress Mary behind the counter said oh let me show you something. (dress is white from waist up and black from waist down). They had black all over the white and said the manufacturer of the dress was the problem (Adrianna Papell) (you got to be kidding me). I spoke with the owner Kim Park who at first refused to do anything about this situation, finally she said they would try to dry clean it again. Dress was still ruined. I called Kim Park again to express my dissatisfaction, she would not return my calls and no compensation was ever offered for my dress. By the way they ruined a blazer also. These people should not be in business. THEY ARE RUDE AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING BUT TAKING YOUR MONEY!!!

  • Everyone knew their stuff. At first there was a little too much gushing about fabulous options for my taste. Once I made it clear I wanted to look at the stone under a microscope and check things, they helped me do that. The service in terms of helping me get the stone and send it to where I needed was great too.
