(Owner) retuned out call to make an appointment with us for a quote within 4 hours after we called. He was on time for his appointment," his quote was a fair price. My husband and I hired him on the spot. Day of installation. Mr
showed up at our home to do the work when he said he would be there. He was very professional and he even cleaned up afterwards. We were extremly impressed and would recommend him to everyone!

"Arvey was great and came to our home free of charge to walk through all the things we needed to childproof. It was very helpful, as there were a few things I did" not think of! Definitely gave us more piece of mind. He quoted us everything, and for us, we did most of the work ourselves (outlet covers, cabinets, etc.) We did, however, have him install two specialty gates in our townhome (width is a tad tricky) and bolt down some dressers and floor mirrors. Great service, always on time, and he followed up to see how it was going a month later! Have already recommended and will continue to do so.

Child safety equipment

Parenting is exciting and overwhelming. It's also expensive, which is why baby gear rental services can come in handy. In addition, there's the need to ensure that your home is safe for your child. Follow do-it-yourself tips for decreasing household risks and consider how a professional childproofer may be able to help.

First you should not be there during installation and als not during the removal of the old windows. Injestion of lead is the big hazard. Dust partiles should be carefully removed and cleared away especially around food preperation areas. There is a guide line pamphlet from the E.P.A. on how to protect your selfs from the hazaeds of lead paint. Your window company should have supplied you with a copy. You can go to E.P.A. web site and read first hand about  the requirements for contractors. You should see lots of plastic covering floors , walls, tables, beds in the areas around work. You should see hepa vacs to clean and clear out dust. and you should see a clean test pad after the area was completed. You shoud not see dust, dirt, chips, etc. once the area was deemed clean.

and his team were excellent.
Atlanta Baby Proofing Services Provider Name Locked
came out and assessed our home and the potential dangers that should be corrected. Being first time parents, he provided valuable insight on many different topics relating to baby/toddler safety. He presented a list of items that we would need to fix on our own (such as purchasing fire extinguishers, not leaving water bottle's lying around, etc.). He also provided a list of items that he could fix for us (such as the outdoor gate protecting our child from falling into the pool, securing drawers & cabinets, adding a protective bumper to the fireplace bricks, installing safety gates on our stairs, etc.).
My wife and I then decided which items we wanted him to fix (he does not pressure you to do everything, but we had him do almost everything on the list). His team came back another day to install everything. Complete installation ran approx. 3-4 hours and was handled by 3 people in total (2 inside/1 outside).
I would not hesitate one second to recommend

's services. If nothing else, the initial consultation is worth every penny!!!
FYI, the initial consultation costs ~$90-100 of which a good portion is credited back if you utilize their services for installation.

Great service from start to end. Salesman Zigmund came and recommended any what was needed to pressure to buy. Appointment was set and installers came right on time. Installer

did a great job on install asking where we wanted everything placed, answered all the questions, and cleaned up after themselves when done. Only thing that went wrong was they were out of the deck caps but said they would get it to me as soon as they arrived.

came out for a free estimate. He spent about 2-3 hours with us going room by room pointing out what was safe and not safe. As we went through he explained various options for making areas safe (different gates, different handles, etc). He then prepared an estimate based on the items that we said we wanted. He left it with us to discuss. We finally called him back about a week later (he did not bother us in the meantime) and we promptly scheduled an appointment. He was here for about 7-8 hours doing the work. He was very quiet and efficient. He is so knowledgeable!

They did a fantastic job. Very professional, thorough, and obviously take a lot of pride in their work. Their prices, especially for installation of cabinet and drawer locks in the kitchen, were very reasonable. We would (and have) definitely recommend them to anyone who needs baby-proofing done in their home.

is very professional and nice by nature. He explained the difference between good and bad fence and the imperfections he see in a standard fence. Installation was quick and without disturbance. I am feeling very safe with my 18 month outside in yard since we have the fence up. Thanks

We were very impressed with
Atlanta Baby Proofing Services Provider Name Locked
's service and the work was very professionally done. Highly recommend. It was worth the cost to not have the hassle of trying to find all parts, the time and effort to install everything, and to have everything matching. It has been 9 months since the work was done and my son is now running everywhere and going wild and it is very reassuring to know that our house is fully childproofed.

He was awesome. I actually put it on my to do list to go back into Angie's List and do a review for him. He was very professional. He was extremely affordable. He has very good attention to detail like he has good craftsmanship. He had just really good quality of work or attention to detail. The price was reasonable. It was expensive to do it but I don't think I would have found anything cheaper.

The owner
Atlanta Baby Proofing Services Provider Name Locked
was very responsive when I was seeking quotes and when I chose to proceed with his company. The install was supposed to take 1 day and they might come back on a second day to actually put the fence in place where they had to put the poles in dirt to let the concrete set. The 1st day (Thursday November 13, 2014) he called me an hour after he was supposed to arrive and then showed up and almost nothing was done - apparently they don't work when it's misting/sprinkling - this would have been nice to know, but not a big deal. They arranged to come back (Saturday November 15, 2014) to finish it. Unfortunately there was a family emergency so it wasn't completed. Again understandable. They promised to be back Monday afternoon or Tuesday morning. I heard nothing from them. I finally called Tuesday afternoon (maybe Wednesday). I was promised by the owner that if it would get completed within 48 hours - I didn't hear from them until the night before or maybe that morning they came to work again which was Thursday (November 20, 2014). Once again it was not completed. The installer made some progress but had to go out and get another bag of cement and said he would be back within a half hour unless it really started raining. I waited about an hour and a half for his return before I went out to do my own errands. He never showed up again. Admittedly about 2 to 2.5 hours after he left it did start raining. I called that Friday evening and left a message after hearing nothing from the company as I was now getting very frusturated with the length of time this was taking, but more from the complete lack of communication from the owner. I did not get a call back from the owner but the installer called me Saturday afternoon to see if he could finish it on Sunday (November 23, 2014) which I agreed to. He was not able to complete the job due to a rotten fence board that I had which while I understand is my fault, I am also not sure why on any of the three prior days this would not have been noticed. I was unaware that they were going to connect directly into my fence, I thought there would be a pole at the end. He suggested the pole and said it would cost $75 more and that the owner
Atlanta Baby Proofing Services Provider Name Locked
would probably call me that afternoon. He called on Monday afternoon and made his apologies and excuses and said they would put the polein free and get it done tomorrow. No one came on Tuesday and no one called. On Wednesday I get a phone call wanting to do the work and I was at work and unable to accomodate them and when I mentioned I expected them yesterday he made his excuse. We scheduled Friday in. So Friday November 28, 2014, over two weeks later this 1 day job was complete. The quality of the fence I cannot complain about. It is what I expected other than the fact that I thought the fence would end with poles (on both sides) and not attached to the wooden privacy fence. I think the fence is safe and will help protect my child from accidently getting in the pool - I have no complaints about the product. My complaint is that the fence took over two weeks to complete (obviously some unforseen circumstances played a role in this, which I understand). The communication from the owner was seriously lacking. I would have appreciated communication that they couldn't/wouldn't work in a sprinkle, it didn't cross my mind as I had other contractors during a similar period working straight through the rain. I would have appreciated from the owner after each time my fence wasn't finished as to what the plan was and when it would get done as opposed to me having to call him. I would have appreciated follow through on the days that someone was supposed to come but no one showed up or called. All in all I wish I had went with the other company I had obtained a bid from.

and his company have been disappointing and I would definitely not reccomend them based on my experience.
