Car Stereo Installation reviews in Atlanta

Gary and Mike did a fantastic job and were a great team to work with, starting with Gary's recommendations for possible systems. We began with an agreed upon base system and eventually changed one other component (a staging that Gary suggested so that there would be cost savings if I was comfortable with phase 1). The results are beyond my expectations and their costs of doing this were better than certain competitors and the interaction was extremely valuable.

I waited for the systems to be in operation a good six months before writing this review. They are GREAT! No problems. Would have put the same system in the 3rd family car, a Chrysler van, if it would have fit. I did have to follow up once or twice with phone calls to Cartunes to get status or information, but all in all I am very satisfied with the service provided, and the product is excellent. I didn't rate Cartunes on price because I wasn't price shopping. I went to Cartunes for information, they were able to tell me the relative advantages of the systems they had, they had one that met my requirements, I trusted them to provide a fair price. My requirements were features that would reduce my son's temptation and need to take his eyes off the road to text or search the music library on his iPhone.

Very professional.  Got a quote and they did the work the next morning.  Could have done the work right then had I been able to stay. Price was very good.  My dealership wanted 3X the price to do the job.  Would definetly go back for any audio needs and ask for Cory.

The owner was very honest in his assessment prior to doing the work. He explained pricing based on the different possible issues with the unit. He correctly diagnosed the issue, fixed it, and then tested it with me before I left (I removed and reinstalled the unit myself). He even gave me printed instructions on reinstalling the unit safely and without damaging my car in the process. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL!

I was looking for an inexpensive car stereo system for my teenagers car. Cartunes was able to install a system into a 1996 Buick. I was happy that I was not "oversold" on a system and they were able to install the same day I called in about 1 hour.

My daughter got a cd jammed in my player and they could see it enough to pull it out. I used them previously four years ago. I like them a lot. They are very fair and honest. I was willing to pay him even more because it was so important to me. He was like no, twenty bucks. I think he is outstanding.

Arnold's is great. They make me feel safe and they tell me when not to do something, when things are way too expensive for the results I would get. I go there at least twice a year and I would recommend them to any one else.

Nightmare. I was told one price then charged a higher one. They punched a hole the size of a quarter in my Mercedes for a very thin wire, the unit was not secured and could be removed as easily as a sticker, and they punctured the upholstery in 5 places with cheap Snap-On tools they left in the car. It actually looks like a drunk guy did the installation. When my secretary called and asked to speak to the owner, Richard Grimm, she was hung-up on. Only after contacting him by e-mail and requesting his insurance, did Grimm respond and say he would view the damage personally. Grimm never viewed the damage and instead sent the SAME clown who did the damage to 'inspect' it alone. Very objective, eh??? Initially, Grimm had promised to pay for all the damage his employee caused, but then said the huge hole had to be put there so he would only pay for the punctured upholstery. Mercedes technicians told me that was a lie and all kinds of wires are exposed- and several that have nothing to do with the installation. His employees also said they did work for my Mercedes dealership, but my Mercedes dealership said that was also a lie. Stay away from CAR TUNES, which should be called CARTOONS, because they are a complete joke.

The radio and navigation system in my car was getting no signal and would not power up. I have a 2000 Honda Odyssey minivan and thought that this would be the end of my radio listening days. I asked someone at the Honda dealership if this could be fixed and was told it could cost anywhere from $150 - $2000. I then went to an exclusively Honda repair shop and they gave me this persons name, thank you! He was able to help me when I walked in the door; he quickly found the problem, the wires inside the dash had become disconnected. It took about 20 - 30 minutes to fix and only cost $75!
