    Appointment was set and the owner never showed, nor did he call. I left a VM later that eve explaining my disappointment. I received a vim staying a. He was running late b. The gate call box went to vm! My phone never rang - he didn’t have the gate code as I said I would provide it when he arrived! Waste of my time!

    Awesome work. Jason & Jermaine installed a number of items in our new house over several phases/visits, starting with the correction of another vendor's prewiring. Their quality of work, responsiveness, and expertise through the entire project has been great - and they're pretty fun to work with, too!

    Kirk is knowledgable and professional and really has his act together. He was confident and positive about a solution and did not complain about the effort required as every cable and satellite company usually does! His truck was organized with everything he needed and he was able to get the entire job done himself in just a couple of hours. He made certain every TV was receiving a signal before he left. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

    They charge you for the installation. He was in my house all day long. I had something to do. He was back and forth back and forth in the house all day and he couldn't get the thing to work. Then he was calling somebody to send a signal through to make it work. He ran the wire all through my house. The way he ran the wire was just so sloppy. He ran it all across the floor and up the wall. It was ridiculous. I was like what is this. That was the first thing that really bothered me. He didn't have it going neatly along the wall stapled to the wall. He had it running across my carpet. I told him this is so tacky. Then he came around and redid it up around the wall. If I hadn't said anything he would have left it. It just took so long. He left and came back and It still wasn't working the next day. I called and she said this is the wrong department and she gave me another number. So I called that number and couldn't get anyone. About 2 and a half weeks later I got a bill for the installation. I called them and told them that it still wasn't working and come and get their equipment out of my house. They told me to take it to UPS and I told them I wasn't going to do any such thing. You need to come and get this mess out of my house right now. I called corporate and I fought it. They called me back trying to get my to use their service again and I told them you couldn't give it to me free. Even if I put a rug over the top of the wires I would have tripped over it.

    PicoVolt did an EXCEPTIONAL job at our home. They completed all work in a timely, CLEAN, and professional manner. We were so happy with the work that they did and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Several months after they did the work, we accidentally flooded our house.....(ughhhh). This water seeped through our second floor and came through our ceiling and light fixtures. The light fixtures that PicoVolt installed were the only fixtures that worked after this incident. I think that speaks volume for the quality of work that they perform. However, I would not recommend flooding your home to test that quality ;)

    Rob did an excellent job running several cat5 lines. He also ran a coax cable for my son room so he could be connected to the HD antenna.  He also put in some new cover plates. He made sure the Internet was running properly exspecially for the PS4 in my son room. I would recommend Rob to anyone.   Thanks Rob, you got my son PS4 off the wifi.  Great price also...

    We have been with them for five years or so, but we do not have an option. We are probably going to cancel our cable soon. Their price is too expensive. Their service has been okay since we got new boxes.

    I just think that all of these companies are all the same, they don't give you a good service but have to have them. It is difficult to change. What we get is good but they just don't have any channels of communication. For instance, there was an exposed line that provided our internet service and we kept telling them and telling them and telling them, that it shouldn't be there so they just took it away and we lost our internet service. They don't communicate from one department to another. It is just very frustrating. When they pulled out we lost every thing. We lost phone, TV, internet and we tried to explain it to them and they say, they'll just send a technician out. Well, we don't want a technician because a technician is just going to come and say that, the line is exposed and it needs to be above ground...it was actually going over somebody's driveway. It was dangerous and we had told them. All they did was send out a technician who told us that the line shouldn't be where it was, which we knew. Then they would tell another department, they will pull the line, we'd lose our service, they'd come again and relay the line where it shouldn't be in the first place. It was just a nightmare. That was my issue. But, what we get from AT&T is a good service. We like the TV, the internet is fine but the communication within their own company is pathetic. If you talk to anybody from AT&T, they tell you that.  It was resolved 3 months ago. It wasn't 18 months, it was a year because it started in February the year before when the storm broke the line down. It is too difficult to change.

    Comcast isn't very good. They are pretty bad on service. If you have a problem, you call, they want you to fix it on the phone. If I knew how to fix it, I wouldn't call them.  For customer service, I give them a D. They are kind of a monopoly in the area in which they operate so pricing they are pretty inline... you are not going to get anybody much more or much cheaper. They are making a tonne off this stuff and the monopoly problem is the reason. It is reasonably good. The thing goes off from time to time, or your phone misbehaves and I guess that is part of our new age of technology.
