  • Fantastic. I got an email within minutes from Provider name locked. ; but he was out of the office when I called so I spoke with EJ the other partner.  He was amazing, super helpful, kind and sympathetic to my robbery which was why I was calling to check into some identity theft protection.  He gave me some great advice and a few resources and charged me NOTHING.  I will recommend them to anyone and will call them if I do need to buy a new credit protection plan or had any questions about credit concerns.

  • -We would have had a great experience if Nick Provider name locked. would have been honest, professional and had actually communicated with us.  He did not return calls or emails on the day that we were supposed to close, which had been pushed back to the 20th of December.  My fiance called the bank to get his manager's phone number and within 5 minutes Nick sent him a text message telling him that his cell phone would not dial out  and it was obvious that he did not want to tell us that we would not be closing until today, 12/27/12.  If he would have told us this before we moved out of our apartment and loading a moving van and having no where to unload it we would have been more understanding. 
    -On the December 19, 2012 we were told that we would close on the 21st, "worst case scenario" via email or text message from Nick Provider name locked.
    -On December 20, 2012 we could not get in touch with Nick Provider name locked. and in the mean time we finally got in touch with his manager, Provider name locked. .  Please note that we called him, left a vm, never got a phone call back and called him back 4 hours later.  He answered the phone, we told him that we couldn't get in touch with Nick Provider name locked. . He told my fiance that he would call him back after he called the underwriter. Within 2 minutes we were told that we would close on 12/27/2012 at the earliest. That was the first time we ever heard this and were immediately infuriated that we were being lied to repeatedly by a cowardly loan officer that could not be honest with his customers and ultimately caused them to spend Christmas in a hotel with all of their belongings in a moving van for 8 days. 
    -Provider name locked. also made promises to call us back first thing on Friday, December 21st because there was a Provider name locked. that we would be able to close on that day.  Finally at 1:00 p.m. on the 21st my fiance called him and he said that we would be closing on the 27th at 11:00 a.m.  Again, this was the first of us hearing any of this and he told us that he thought that we knew that and that is why he didn't call us.  Again, an indicator that is dishonest and does not focus on communication and customer service when working with their customers. 
    -On 12/26/2012 we emailed Nick Provider name locked. as well as Provider name locked. to find out if the loan documents had been sent over to the attorney's office since we were closing on 12/27/12 at noon.  We never got a response from Nick Provider name locked. and Provider name locked. , his manager sent an email that said that Nick would get back to us.  He never did.
    -At 11:45 a.m. on 12/27/12 we still hadn't heard anything so we called the attorney's office and they said that they had not received anything from Regions but they were hoping to have them soon.  After being at the attorneys office for 2 hours and signing all of the other documents we finally got a settlement statement and the documents from Regions at 2:30 p.m.  Until then, we had no idea what our closing costs were going to be, etc. 
    -We closed on the house and have not heard a word from the lender.  Provider name locked. said that he would pay for our moving truck rental and we fully intend to send him the bill tomorrow, 12/28/12.  I am hopeful that he will live up to his word.  
    -I realize that it is rare for a closing to go exactly as planned/on time. When we chose Regions over their competitor I expected communication, professionalism and respect throughout the process. These attributes are non-existent when dealing with Provider name locked. , their loan officers and management.  It makes me very uneasy about handing over all of my personal information (ss#, pay stubs, drivers license, etc) to someone revealed himself to be dishonest and unprofessional in the end.
