    Atlanta City Appliance Repair, Inc
Again the service was great! I think I used them 3-4 times in the past 5 years. I always request the same tech, Gena. He knows his stuff very well. Our oven was not heating up, as we found out later the bake element was out. Gena figured out the issue quick and replace the faulty part! Thanks again!

    Amtec Services Inc
I did it through American Home Shield. As a brief preface I have used AHS a few times before and they are ALWAYS the first tech they send out. They have always been rude (both on the phone and in person) and never communicate the problem when they come in for the initial assessment. They'll tell me they'll get the part, but at times will say it's not covered but it will cost me more to have a tech come out again not covered by AHS. Regarding my cracked oven door: I had run a self-clean and the glass cracked due to high heat (normal wear and tear). The tech told me they would get back in touch with me once they source more glass. Three weeks later I got a call from AHS saying that it was determined to have been physically damaged, not normal wear and tear, so they would not cover. I complained to AHS and got a second opinion. Within 30 seconds, the second opinion said it that it was obviously normal wear and tear due to high heat. I have no way of knowing what compelled Amtec to tell them it was physically damanged, especially when the tech told me they would get the part and come back to me. All I know is I will always specify that I do not want Amtec if I ever use AHS again.

We have used this company many times before. Recently, we moved to a new house and most of appliances are brand new and very expensive. Our Viking range was making clicking noise and wont ignite or do anything. We call these guys, Gena came out and figured out the issue. Since it is Viking range, he didn't have any parts on him and we were waiting for parts to come in for about a week but after that, the repair went smooth. The range is working fine! I think he replaced the spark module and few other small parts! I would recommend them!

    A+ Appliance Service
Excellent!! I contacted another company before A+ Appliance for a quote before performing the job and couldn't get a readable document from them to submit to my warranty company. After contacting A+ appliance, a legible quote and was received, approved by my warranty company and I hired them. They replaced the cracked gasket door, ran a quick cycle to ensure no more leaks, and even cleaned up any mess. I would hire them again.

    All Area Appliance Service
I listed my project on the afternoon of February 27, 2019, and received a call from a representative of All Area Appliance Service around 8:30am on February 28. An appointment was scheduled for the timeframe of 10am - 12 noon on the same day. The technician arrived on time, looked at my dryer, and provided some information about how to fully clean the lint filter when using dryer sheets. He provided estimates based on what the problem could be and I gave the 'go-ahead' for the work. Upon inspection, he quickly confirmed what the problem was (heating element) and made the repair in no time. Great, quick service at a fair price. Can't beat that!!

    METRU Appliance Repair
Received a call from the company to set up a time for the technician to come out and give a quote and do repair. They arranged the time for Wednesday between 1p-4p. When they did not show by 4 pm, I returned a call to their office and was told that they did not have me down for an appointment. The lady who answered was the same lady who made the appointment on Sunday. She said that she did not remember that call. I simply hit redial on my phone from the number saved from that call. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!

    Sears Home Services
I called and made an appointment and was told I would need two technicians for the job, since my washer and dryer are stacked. The person on the phone took notes and told me 2 techs would be out. On the day of scheduled service, only one tech was dispatched. He was lovely on the phone and so nice, and he tried to get a second tech, but everyone was booked. I called customer service at his request and rescheduled service, again with notes for two techs. I was assured that this time would be different. I took off from work and stayed home exclusively for this appointment, and once again they dispatched only one tech. Again the tech they dispatched this time (Eli Lindsey, #580019) was really professional and tried to recover the job, trying for a second tech in the area, to no avail. He was kind, and I hope he is recognized for this. I got back on the phone : Customer service argued with me that I shouldnt be complaining, since the tech was coming out in the agreed upon time, even though it wasnt the required team configuration. They didnt even understand the problem, and nobody could acknowledge the mixup. A customer service supervisor was similarly unhelpful and was unable to recover service: I actually wanted to keep Sears for the job, since the techs had been lovely, but I had had enough of talking with them and waiting for their help. Its a shame, since Sears made my washer, and I have to call someone else to do the repairs.

Alex came same day, diagnosed problem (fan issue with my refrigerator), and promised to return the next day if part became available. Part was unavailable but he was able to get my refrigerator fan working again anyway! Very grateful for his courtesy and professionalism. Great work.

    Atlanta Refrigerator Repair
They charge $75 to come out to the house, charged at the time of scheduling, not when the technician completes the evaluation. Person came to the house as scheduled, very professional, diagnosed a problem with our freezer door that needed a new part that would need to be ordered. She informed me that she would follow up early next week to schedule another visit as the part should not be hard to get. I never heard back. Over the next ~2-3 weeks I called three times, every time told that the repair technician would follow up with me in the next 1-2 days. I never got a call back. After around another week the technician did call and stated that she had been on vacation. Everyone needs time off, fair enough. We made a plan for her to come back the next week, and never showed up. Doesn't seem like there is any real interest in completing my service request, rather that they are hoping that I will just stop calling.

    It is Fixed Appliance Repair
I received a call a few hours after I placed an on-line request. Work was scheduled and technician was able to come a couple of hours early. He spent a good amount of time diagnosing the problem and came up with a solution. He was courteous and knowledgeable. Recommend highly!
