He told us that the vendor from whom we had originally bought the tub (and with whom we have a fine relationship) told him not to buy our tub. When we confronted the vendor with this, he denied even having spoken to Provider name locked. and we believe him because his face showed total shock when we relayed the accusation. We ended up practically giving away the tub so Provider name locked. cost us close to $1000.

After the manager asked us to leave the store, we went to the house to await the delivery. The hot tub arrived within the hour- about 2pm. The delivery men were very pleasant and professional. The manager also was at the site. I found it interesting that none of the workers would talk or smile when he was present......... This company would probaby be more successful if they removed the manager. He is the poster child for bad customer service!!!!

Sold us a Provider name locked. and took $300 of the price for our non-functioning Provider name locked. as a trade in.
The tub we bought broke immediately. He tried to troubleshoot the issue over the phone with us. We asked him to honor the warranty by fixing the problem. While we were out of town, he supposedly came out to repair it. Instead of repairing it he took the Provider name locked. and left us a check that was $300 less than we had paid for it. When we asked him for the other $300 he told us that he was not going to give it to us and that he would lie about the fact he owed it us. He actually took our trade in Provider name locked. , fixed it up and sold it.
I highly recommend that you do NOT do business with Provider name locked. Filka
If you choose to deal with him, be very careful, get everything in writing.
Expect him to be real nice if he thinks you might buy something. But be aware that will change the moment you ask him to honor the warranty.
I hope this review will keep at least one other person from having to go through what we did. It was the worst experience we have ever had.
By the way, he has had other complaints registered with the Better Business Bureau, but has since changed the name of his business.
Check out the reviews we have left for others.
