A Groom With A View LLC
Wonderful and kind lady / extremely fantastic service. Our experience with Jamie/Groom with a View was extremely positive She was warm, friendly & knowledgeable. She groomed Dexter (a standard poodle) exactly as we had wanted. This was our first time w/ her. She seems to have a special connection w/ dogs (& people too.) She was able to provide advanced options which require a greater degree of difficulty (e.g. inner ear work, anal gland and dremel nail work (not easy on a skittish poodle.) We feel very lucky to have found her & would recommend to others without hesitation.

    Pet Vet on Patton
Worst experience of my little dog's life. The girl who did the trimming was young and sweet but took us into a 'quiet' room with no table to put my dog on. I had to hold her in my arms while the girl trimmed her nails. Ended up cutting one nail too close and causing it to bleed a great deal. My dog was struggling and biting me to get away. I'll never go back there.

    Canine Shear Heaven
I recently took my two West Highland White Terriers to Canine Shear Heaven for complete grooms. This was my first experience with the business and I must say the professionalism, the care shown for my older dogs and the actual grooms were exceptional. The appointment was scheduled with an arrival window of 8:00 to 10:00 AM and a pickup time of 2:00 PM. Upon arrival, the groomer, Snow, asked relevant and important questions about my grooming preferences, health issues, and also addressed my concerns about my elderly (13 years of age) female. We received a phone call from Martha, the owner, at 1:30 PM advising that Snow was running a few minutes behind as she was taking extra care because of my female dog's fragile knees and shoulders. This was perfectly fine as we were sitting dead on Hendersonville Road in a traffic jam! We picked the dogs up at 2:45 PM and my male dog, who is usually standoffish with strangers was absolutely enthralled with Snow and seemed content and happy. Both dogs appeared to be calm and comfortable with their surroundings and with the employees who had handled them. The actual Westie cuts were excellent and my male sported a red bandana and my female had a red bow at her ear! Nails were trimmed, ears cleaned, and above all...my dirty dogs were white again. I booked a follow-up appointment on the spot. My sincere thanks to Snow and Martha for a job well done!!

    Shear N Shine
I took my lab to be groomed.  He isn't the best with these kinds of situations but he needed a bath and nails done. Annah the owner is so patient and professional.  The cost is better than most other places as my dog is nearly 90 lbs

    Something to Bark About
I have a goldendoodle, they groomed her exactly the way I asked them to do it. She looked so cute when I picked her up. The length on her body was perfect. I asked them to leave the face a little longer and it was perfect. I couldn't be happier and my dog enjoys going there. When they brought her out she was all ready for the Fourth of July.

    Pet Vet on Patton
We have used the veterinary services of Pet Vet and are quite pleased. This review is more about the day care services.  We were given a free week trial and were quite pleased with the experience! We don't actually need "day care" services often, but like this safe option to socialize our puppy. The dogs all seem happy and playful.  We know she doesn't sleep the whole time because she is exhausted when we pick her up and sleeps all the way home! The only thing I might change is the whole day rate.  I wish there were a half day rate as well.

The staff are punctual and friendly, the area is clean and the dogs appear quite happy!  The grooming area is out in the open with nothing hidden.  If your pup is friendly, they play together instead of being crated. And the cuts are adorable! We have been very pleased and have taken the special price package to set her up with a routine monthly appointment.  They can be a little difficult to find, they are in Suite B around the back of the building. (The front is a real estate business)

Excellent! From the initial phone call to an appointment in 2 days to a great grooming. Rachel took time to ask me how I'd like our dogs to look, did they have any specific issues or allergies she should know about and how often I normally have them groomed. It's obvious that she's a caring dog lover, and while it seems logical that any groomer would be, that hasn't always been my experience. The dogs look great and were happy when I picked them up. I love Lula's feather and Cricket's bandana, a very sweet extra touch!

    Canine Shear Heaven
It was great! They detailed the charge by breed including exactly what was included in the basic service on their website. No guessing or having to get the details when you get there. They charged exactly what they said they would charge and I got the best grooming I've ever gotten. Malamutes are not easy to brush and they did a great job.
    Thank you Shear Heaven!

    Dog Gone Gorgeous,Inc.
This is not the groomer to use if you have large double coated dogs. The owner is very nice and tries hard but it was a very expensive unfortunate experience for me....and a major frustration for her and my dog. My first dog went as planned. He is an irish setter/golden retriever mix. The second one Did Not. I have had this malamute groomed by a different groomer every two months since we got her from a rescue a year ago. We had a mat problem on her first visit but none since then.

This was my first time at this groomer. I was told that the base cost would be $65 plus $30/hr for whatever extra grooming would be needed. At the end the bill was $185! That means my girl spent at least 5 hours on the table? :-( I was told that she had matting that the groomer didn't realize when I dropped her off. She went in with a beautiful coat which needed cleaning and and a through brushing. She came out with her tail almost bald and her haunches cut down to scraggly patches. She was to only have her paw pads trimmed and a sanitary cut done. The groomer wasn't given permission (nor did she ask) to giver a a major cutting. On top of that I paid $80 to $100 more than I expected. I was frustrated to be paying that amount but I didn't get really upset until I got home and saw what a mess had been made of her cut.
    .
I do think she did her best but was in over her head. BTW malamute's should never be shaved. I think she took sheers to her back end. :( Hopefully it will grow back.
