Patience and thoroughness is their specialty (meaning they will explain and instruct you on everything no matter how long it takes!) They don't leave until they feel sure you feel confident and comfortable, and even then, they offer assurance that they are a phone call away if needed.) Clean and neat installation, nothing unsightly, all the equipment we needed (no over-selling; in fact, they streamlined in order to keep the costs as low as possible). Monitoring services they offer are the lowest we have seen. David earned our trust with his honesty and sincerity in wanting to provide us with the best system and service for our needs at the best value. We were so impressed with the overall experience that we asked them back to set up video surveillance as well. Without a doubt, they went above and beyond with as professional a job as we could have hoped for. David, Jamie and Dylan are a perfectly harmonious team and were a delight.
