  • Dr. Provider name locked. is the doctor I see at the provider.
His manner is pleasant and cheerful. He makes sure every aspect of your health condition is addressed in your appointment.
My blood test results were communicated to me by their website before our appointment so I could prepare my questions.
But for those who do use a computer, you need not worry. I have learned he done his homework for your visit and addresses the questions before you can ask them. He is extremely thorough and seems intent on finding a way to solve your medical issues.
All of the staff members we have encountered are pleasant and very competent at their jobs. All in all, visits there are pleasant and very productive with regard to my health condition. I highly recommend this practice and Dr. Provider name locked. .

  • She has been incredible.  She is totally responsive. We communicate through email, because a couple of the infections have been repeat, and she has been there. The doctor that I had in the same practice moved, so I tried other doctors, but she has been the best. She spends as much time as she can, and I feel like she saved my life. She gets really backlogged, and sometimes I have to wait really long. The staff know me by first name now. She corresponds with me through their patient portal, just to check in.

  • This was my final straw with this Medical practice and Doctor.  For years I have gone to them as it seemed easier than changing to a new Doctor.  I wish I had just changed earlier, as I cannot say enough how much I have disliked the attitude of this medical office.  They are concerned about money and really not about people's health or reality of schedules or problems or illnesses.
This time, I had scheduled an appointment a few days before, getting a canceled time slot, due to feeling like I had bronchitis.  This morning of my appointment, I was extremely sick, and found out that my ride couldn't show up until later.   So I called when I found that out and explained that I didn't have a ride, but could come in later on when I did have one, and could I move my appointment later.
I was told that while they had several appointments open for that afternoon, it was for Same Day appointments, and they could not move my appointment to one of those.  I asked to clarify - "so if I called this morning to get an appointment you would get me in, but since I have an appointment, you won't move me to one of the later open ones?"  This was correct.
So I asked, what if those appointments are not filled by anyone calling that day, and was told, they would just stay open.
I could not believe this was their only response.  No "I'm sorry you are sick,"  No asking if they could figure out any options, no trying to reschedule me for anytime, the only thing they kept repeating is that I would be charged for missing the appointment that morning.
As I have run into scheduling issues with this practice before, the last time I saw Dr. Provider name locked. , I had told her I had to go to Urgent Care to get help.  She chastised me for not coming there, and I told her that I had tried to but they were the ones who told me they were overly busy, that I should go to Urgent Care, and never bothered to schedule me at all.
She told me this should not have happened, and if that happened again, to contact her through the office.  So, this time, that is what I did.  I asked to talk to her directly, and was transferred to her nurse.  I explained my situation to the nurse, and that the scheduler refused to move my appointment to later on that day.  She said she would talk to Dr. Provider name locked. and get back to me.
I get a call back from her within a few hours, and she tells me she talked to Dr. Provider name locked. who told her to tell me that I would be charged for missing the morning appointment.  That was it.  No attempt to get me another appointment.  No concern for my health.  Nothing.  The only concern was that I knew I would be charged.
It was just the final straw from them.  I don't think it's too much to ask that your Medical Office or Doctor actually care a little.  Even to just say "I hope you feel better" or "Let's get you scheduled in as soon as we can..."  Basically anything of care or concern.  And this has been consistently the attitude of this practice.
I cannot tell you how many insurance and billing mistakes I have put up with them for the last few years, and the charges of having to go to Urgent Care, and I've just had enough.  They want patients to be perfect.  Apparently it's not ok to be sick, not ok to not have a ride to get there, not ok to hope to get an appointment now or in the future.  And certainly not ok to hope for some compassion.
When I called to complain about the $35 bill I received for that appointment, I was told that Dr. Provider name locked. was very strict about missed appointments as then it is to late to rebook someone else.  So I get it, she loses money, and that will not be accepted.
So I moved to another practice, where people are friendly, helpful, kind and considerate.  My final irony is that when I requested my Medical Records to be transferred there from Provider name locked. , I received a call two weeks after I had sent them to let me know there would be a charge for this.  And on the day of my physical with my new Doctor, he still had yet to receive my records.  Typical - no services, but I'll be charged for them...
