  • I have been going to this particular location for most, if not all, of my car care needs for some time now. I trust them very much and I have found that they don't try to talk down to me (as often happens when you are a female customer). They rarely if ever come up with unusual and costly things that might be wrong with my car. I have had that experience at other mechanic repair shops. When I take my car in, they then will call me and we can go over in detail what the needs might be in the moment . . . how much various things cost, any help they can give me to cover the cost (coupons, increasing my credit limit, etc.), which things can wait for a later date and which things should be prioritized. They are very, very personable and caring there. As a 63 year old disabled individual I find them very accessible and they conduct themselves with common courtesy . . . such as walking quickly to open the door as they see that I am struggling a bit since I'm on crutches (believe it or not, at many mechanic shops they will just watch you struggling and won't move to help). Little things like that are so greatly appreciated. The mechanics and the shop manager are all competent and experienced and yet young and enthusiastic . . . very valuable traits. Typically, they will give me a ride home in their garage van. This is quite helpful as I have a hard time sitting up. Recently, I chose to wait in the waiting area as the service I needed was not expected to take long. I must say that their waiting area was clean, with plenty of varied reading materials neatly displayed, and the chairs were quite comfortable. Not bad at all, if you need to wait there. They have also in the past been glad to drive me to a nearby restaurant - rather than to my home. They are familiar with the fact that many people are holding on to their older cars these days, especially if they have a good quality car (mine is 2000 Toyota Camry). They will work closely with you - according to your budget and needs - to help you decide which things really need to be done. For example, the plastic door handle (driver side) cracked and broke recently and I was making do by rolling down the window each time and opening from the outside. Recently, I had some serious & expensive mechanical work that needed to be done (Harmonic Balancer, Timing Belt, and more). At the same time, they were going to possibly give me an estimate on the door handle. They ended up not doing the estimate yet, but the shop manager (who is also a mechanic) ended up figuring out and then showing me a way that I could still open the door from the inside! The door handle repair is now on the back burner . . . definitely going back to Provider name locked. for that. Which, by the way, I might add, they are also very good with repairs that do not have to do totally with the running of the car. They repaired a window for me a while back (the window would not stay up or go up) . . . as usual they did an excellent job I highly recommend Provider name locked. on Tunnel Road!

  • These people are so incredibly kind and honest!  How refreshing!!!  I thought my car was completely out of alignment because I had been told so by the Provider name locked. Service Department.  Turned out that I just needed air in my tires and the front wheels needed balancing.  They didn't charge me a dime for their service and time they spent on my vehicle!  The owner spent time with me and answered all my questions with sincere patience and sent me to the tire store next door that his son owns....who was just as kind, sincere and friendly!
