    We have been looking in Buncombe County for years for a conscientious, knowledgeable, honest, straight-talking, auto repair shop with fair and competitive prices and where the customers are treated like people and not sheep being run through a shearing competition. About three weeks ago our car needed routine service and attention to a few more serious matters. We decided to give Sam���s a try. Sam���s was able to get us scheduled in a timely manner and complete all the work, being true to their estimates. They took the time to answer questions and to be sure you were satisfied with their work and understood the problems and the fixes. If you want friendly, quality service by experienced mechanics you can trust, at fair prices, try Sam���s. We are definitely going back.

    My bad: when the finance guy didn't tell me there was added cost I assumed it was part of the deal. Never assume! It was a very bad way to end what started well with two young salesmen. I will not recommend this dealership for the shifty way costs were added without open, honest disclosure. Again, my fault for not knowing to ask the right questions. But still: shows what kind of people you're dealing with here.

    My car looks absolutely great! Justin did a superb job on my Toyota Scion. He removed some spots that I thought were impossible to get off. Justin even removed a sticker that had been on the car ever since I purchased the car 13 years ago. The headlights look fantastic and are shiny and clean. My car has its original luster back and I am well pleased. I would definitely recommend Asheville Auto Spa if you truly love your car. They really take great care of your car!

    STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE - DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM FRED ANDERSON NISSAN. Lied to by so many people at this place. You are treated like someone with a wallet before the sale and once you make the purchase, you are totally ignored. Take everything you hear about the typical car salesman industry and multiply it by 100 and that's how bad this place is. It's been almost 4 months since I purchased my car and of the dozen messages I've left, maybe 2 have been returned. I could write a book (this is the short version) about my experience with Anderson Nissan, from the shifty sales guy to the slimy sales manager to the sneaky finance manager. Also, don't be duped by their so called CPO (Certified Pre-Owned) advertising - it's a deceptive scam. This was by far the worse car buying experience I've ever had.

    I have been taking my car to Asheville Chevrolet for regular maintenance visits since Saturn closed, almost 10 years. I had called Asheville Chevrolet to make an appointment and ask service questions. After a long hold I was connected to someone who could not answer my question and could only make standard appointments. I made a service appointment and did not mention that I needed a noise checked because I was not given the opportunity to do so. When I arrived for the service, the tech seemed unenthused and unknowledgeable. She asked me what I wanted done to the car. I thought that the techs would know what is included in a service appointment and mentioned that. I started to tell her that there was a strange noise that I would like to have checked but she cut me off and said they didn't have time for anything else. In the past, they would at least have listened to me explain the problem and checked it to see if I needed to make a return appointment for a diagnosis and hopefully fix. I asked to talk to someone friendlier and she told me to talk to the tech beside her who was just as mean because he had been listening to our conversation. I told them I would take it somewhere else and they said that was a good idea. I asked to discuss the problem with a manager and they sent the general management who appeared to know less about cars than me (and that is not much). I was telling him about a problem that was reported on a previous service visit and still existed. He couldn't understand what I was referring to and started looking through my car manual. Then he threw down my car manual, said they couldn't help me, and told me to leave. That is the first unfriendly, incompetent encounter that I have had at Asheville Chevrolet in the 10 years I have been going for service. I'm disappointed that the quality of customer service has gotten so low. I no longer feel comfortable having my car serviced there. I'm grateful that other competent and friendly options are available.

    I have purchased two separate vehicles (2015 Optima, 2018 Sorrento ) over the last few years and I have always had a positive experience with their team. My last purchase was with Josh Flowers, he was friendly, low pressure, and transparent. I enjoyed working with him and recommend buying a car directly from him. Working with car dealerships historically has not been the most pleasant experience, but working with Paramount was not at all like those past experiences. Additionally, I have used their service department multiple times for routine maintenance on my vehicles and they provide affordable work and great customer service.

    I bought a new Honda Fit in September 2018. The dealership listed on the window that certain additional items they installed in the car and charged me for them. Upon inspection after returning home, some listed items were not in the car. After numerous unreturned calls and a visit with lackluster attention by the dealership, I was finally able to get them to agree to refund some money. The refund was received almost a month after the car purchase and only because I would not give up. When visiting this dealership, be very careful. They will charge you for non-existent items and then make it your problem when you ask them to address their mistake. I am in my 60s and have bought new cars every few years since I was in my 20s. This is by far and away my worse car dealership experience ever.

    I recently bought a car from paramount kia in asheville and the process was very quick and easy.i would highly recommend them to anyone needed a vehicle.My sales associate was andrew newhouse. Although everyone was extremely friendly and accomidating to me i liked andrews approach for selling vehicles.He was knowledgeable and friendly and not at all pushy or aggressive like some sales people can be.I felt like he was assisting me with finding the vehicle that was right for me based on my needs and preferences .I never felt pressured or coerced into buying anything ..Thank you paramount kia and especially andrew newhouse, i love my new kia soul!
