  • Because of the high cost at Provider name locked. , I began searching other places to get the alignment.  Because of great reviews, I went to Provider name locked. Alignment in North Provider name locked. .  These people are SO HONEST!  He said my car was NOT OUT OF ALIGNMENT, that I just needed air in my tires...and that the front wheels needed balancing.  It cost a total of $16.00!  I'll NEVER go to that Provider name locked. service department again!  Well, unless it's to purchase another Provider name locked. ...I love my car!

  • Prior to taking the vehicle to prestige we had the vehicle inspected by a well respected establishment that specializes in repairing Subarus. Being that this was our third cracked axle (second time for the front passenger side), we felt that it was the responsibility of the dealership to investigate why this is a reoccurring issue. My wife made an appointment to have the vehicle inspected by Prestige. She notified the service department that she had already had the been given a diagnosis of a cracked axle. After their inspection of the vehicle, the service department notified her that the problem was not a cracked axle and invited her took look at the vehicle. She asked if they took it for a test drive and they said they did not have to because they inspected the vehicle. She continued to express the concern that the vehicle was making a knocking sound when executing righthand turns.They continued to persist that the problem was not a cracked axle. She requested that they test drive the vehicle. Two hours and several complaints later they reluctantly test drove the vehicle. Upon return from test driving the vehicle they concluded that the problem was a cracked axle. Why did it take 3 hours of my wife's time and energy for them to test drive the vehicle? Do they listen to women? When I am away on business can trust Prestige will do the right thing? Statistically, driving is the biggest risk in our lives. Having a reliable vehicle and dealership that listens to the concerns of their customer is a part of that equation. We purchased our vehicle new from Prestige and in it's 125,000 miles, it has had to multiple replacements of wheel bearings, CV boots, axles, and a blown head gasket. This vehicle has not been abused and has been properly maintained. As a sales consultant I have had five or more company vehicles in the time period that we have owned this Subaru. Not one of those vehicles has had the issues that our Outback has had. I own a 1997 full size truck with 230,000 miles on it and have not had any of the above issues. I realize that this post should be focussed more on the service department of Prestige but it is important to know the history of a vehicle that they sold us. 
    In their defense after a scathing post my wife wrote on their Facebook page, they contacted Subaru and the repairs were made free of charge. We also had our brakes replaced with a 10% discount. Why didn't they just go this route from the beginning? Pretty Provider name locked. solution but their lack of solving this is issue in a timely and professional manor cost them their reputation.
