While the Allstate claim was to replace the door, this body shop kept my car for two weeks and did not call to keep me "in the loop." I always had to call them regarding the progress of the work being done.
On at Provider name locked. two occassions, I called to ask them to check under the car, as I had hear a noise like something dragging. Allstate assurred me they would cover the extended cost. When I went to pick up the car, I inquired about the noise under the car. I was told there was a "piece of wood" I must have picked up, and it had been removed. Three minutes on the highway, the noise was back. I returned to the provider and showed them what was happening (yes, it took me THREE minutes to find). The manager involved took off in my car and said he would take care of it. No one could find him for a while; however, when he returned, the problem was still very visible. I was told the insurance had not included it in the original claim.
The day before I had a three-way conversation with Allstate, the provider, and myself. Again I asked about the noise. The Allstate provider any I were treated rudely and I the conversation ended with both of us not knowing what to expect next.
Again, they had my car for two weeks. They never called until the day it was to be picked up. The lied about a fax sent to Allstate. And they did not check on a problem I had inquired about three times.
They were rude, slow, and did not return phone messages.
I encourage anyone who DOES choose to use their service to stay on top of them every day and to make sure your insurance company maintains communication on an ongoing basis. I will never return to them and will spread my experience to others.
Raised voices on their part only added fuel to the fire.

All went very well except for a delay because of a defective remote key fob I had purchased from the Parts Dept. Once the key fob was replaced the process went smoothly.

Getting the appraisal was quick and easy. Scheduling an appointment to get my car fixed was quick and easy too. Provider name locked. got my car in right away. The woman who hit me was paying out of her own pocket to get my car fixed, and Provider name locked. was able to do the work for half the price quoted by most other auto body shops. Provider name locked. did a great job! Due to humidity and rainy weather, the paint job wasn't finished on the estimated day. That put me in a jam since I didn't have a rental car. Provider name locked. was willing to work with me and accommodate my transportation needs by lending me a rental car. He also offered to drive my car to me when it was done. I ended up being able to figure out my transportation situation without having to take him up on his offer, but I sure did appreciate his willingness to accommodate me! The reason I chose Provider name locked. was the good reviews on Angie's List and Google, I was not disappointed! Thank you Provider name locked. and thank you Provider name locked. !
