I called late in the afternoon and he came out the very next morning! He told me the chips in my windshield didn't go all the way through, so weren't going to get any worse, but he put hardner on them so they wouldn't catch on my windshield wipers. And because he didn't have to drill out the chips to fix them, he didn't charge me! While the hardner was setting up he also gave me some great tips. These guys are terrific.

Provider name locked. generously covered the replacement piece under their warranty, although there was evidence that the missing trim was the result of a malfunctioning windshield wiper, not their fault, and I had expected to pay for the repair.
This is the second time that Provider name locked. has exceeded my expectations. Two years ago, I had a mysterious leak that filled the floorboards of my old Subaru with standing water after a hard rain. After two visits to my usual repair guys, they suggested that the problem was with the trim along the windshield, which had been installed by Provider name locked. . When I took the car back to Provider name locked. , the technicians there showed me that the problem was not with the trim, but with a degenerated gasket under the hood. Although it had NOTHING to do with the windshield replacement, Provider name locked. rebuilt the bad gasket with caulk or something, CHARGED ME NOTHING, and I haven't had a problem with leaks since then.- HEATHER B.
Provider name locked. is great. I had a broken windshield, and my insurance company chose Safelite to replace it. After Safelite failed to repair the water leaks they created (using FOUR windshields and eleven trips), I took the car to Provider name locked. . Derik found the leak and fixed it in under 30 minutes and didn't even charge me! Provider name locked. is terrific. Though I hope I never have another broken windshield, if I do, Provider name locked. will be the only place I consider.- Ron D.
