    Silver's Auto Service
As soon as I walked in the door, I was met with genuine kindness. I knew I was in the right place. All of my friends recommended I go to Silver's after my insurance company sent me to a different shop that left me with corrective repairs. It is not the best situation for a body repair shop to inherent someone else's mistakes, but Silver's took on the challenge and I am so thankful they did. They did quality work, took their time talking it through with me, and I will be recommending them to everyone. It is obvious they value integrity and authenticity.

    Moss Body Shop Inc
PSA: Do not take your car to Moss Body Shop for repair work. Their 100% satisfaction guarantee is a complete farce; I mailed them a letter with my remaining issues giving them a chance to make wrongs right and nary heard a word. After being referred to them by State Farm, they caused $1,000 more damage to my car, i.e. all 4 corners of my brand new car were completely scratched with chipped paint. Then they had the audacity to bill my insurance for their mistakes. I still have hundreds of dollars of repairs left because of their shoddy craftsmanship and complete lack of quality control. Lack of quality control = my windshield wiper goes down cleaning off my license plate versus up on my actual windshield. They are quick with excuses, i.e. the glass guy installed the wiper, the tow truck company must have scratched all 4 corners. They tried to pressure me into letting them make the repairs so they werent made responsible to pay for another body shops corrective work. They are cheats and liars and take full advantage of the fact they have a direct relationship with State Farm Insurance; they get to invoice whatever they want to them. This saga has been going on for over a month and I got to see their true, dishonest colors. Now Moss Body Shop is arguing with the insurance adjuster about the corrective repairs he noted and as the State Farm Rep said, They are being pushy. Dont let their forced smiles fool you. My case with State Farm Insurance is now under investigation.

    Classic Paint and Body
Our car was repaired and finished by a local Body shop on 12/26/2017.On arrival we noticed major color match issues, they refused to do anything to help us. They told us "We are done! There is nothing more we can do for you". That is when we took our car to Classic Paint for a second opinion. After doing a review of previous job, they found: over spray on the windshield, poor sanding, excessive bondo work not needed, lot more. These are issues we would have never new existed till now. They immediately formulated a plan to re do our car's previous repair. They started with contacting body shop, Insurance company to help get this re-do approved (seemed to take several weeks) and on 03/27/2018 Classic Paint &Body called us to come pick-up our car. Classic Paint &Body chose to be there for us the 1st day and stayed with us till they handed us the keys to our finished car 90 Days Later. They did such a wonderful job our 20-year experienced detailer couldn't even find where the repair was located. He said Im simply amazed on the job they did, you don't see this very often. These guys truly are professional in automotive paint and body work.

    Harry's Body & Fender Service
Great job! You cannot see the repairs. The paint is a difficult to match (for most) metallic gray and they nailed it. The work was started on time and finished a little earlier than estimated. Clean office with professional and courteous service.

    Classic Paint and Body
I was a walk-in and received an estimate for the needed work and the time it would take. They worked with me around scheduling and actually finished the work a day sooner than expected. The finished product was flawless. I had gotten another estimate from a popular body shop in town which was $300 more than what Classic Body and Paint charged and the wait time for scheduling was 2 weeks longer. I highly recommend Classic Body and Paint.

    Ralph's Body Shop
I knew that I wanted my car repaired at Ralph's. I had used them before and could appreciate the tremendous work ethic that Derek and his team possessed. The work was completed as promised (even one day earlier which was a pleasant surprise) and one could never tell that anything had happened to my vehicle. It looked brand new. My car was also washed before I came to pick it up. Derek takes pride in the business name as he well should. Ralph's stands for quality, fairness and excellence. The place was packed. On the ride from Ralph's to Enterprise after I had dropped off my car initially, there were two other customers at that early hour who needed a rental car. One lady had used Ralph's before and was extremely pleased and the other one wanted to give Ralph's a try after receiving high recommendations from a trusted neighbor. There was no extra paint sprayed anywhere (as I had experienced with another shop) and there were no chips in the windows (that's right.....more collateral damage caused by another auto body shop not to mention paint sprayed inside on the headliner). Will I return? Absolutely. Whether you have to drive thirty miles to get here or only five, Ralph's will exceed your expectations. Pricing is very fair and competitive AND you get the quality and experience.

Wow, they matched the paint perfectly, washed the car so that it shined. The big thing, they vacuumed and cleaned the entire interior . The car sparkled. They were prompt, professional, and did an outstanding job. I was most pleased. I would recommend them to anyone.

    Ralph's Body Shop
There are 'good' body shops that will make your car look better and then there are 'great' body shops that will make your car look pristine with quality materials and paint that will likely outlive the actual usage of the car. Ralph's Body Shop is definitely one of those auto body shops that would fall in the latter category and as far as my research and experience goes, it may be the only one that I've come across that truly qualifies as 'great' in the superlative sense across the board.
Derek Morris, the owner of Ralph's, is clear with his communication, excellent with scheduling and extremely competitive when it comes to pricing.  There are no surprises when it comes to the final product.  Just expect excellence!

I have contacted other shops in the past.  A few didn't bother returning a phone call at all.  Clearly some lessons in professionalism were needed by those but I wasn't going to spend one more second thinking about them.  Of the ones that did return my phone call, several were able to give me estimates but there was a breakdown in communication along the way with one when an extra part for which I was expecting a quote never quite materialized.  With respect to work, there was another shop that did an excellent paint job overall but they put chips in the front windshield, side windows and back window.  Also, a spot of paint was left on the tire as well as the driver's side window.  This was an actual experience elsewhere with no exaggeration at all.  The point I'm making is that you will not encounter any of these kinds of issues that will detract from the overall experience when you bring your vehicle to Ralph's.  I can appreciate Derek's work ethic (extremely high)  and his selectivity about who works for him.
Ralph's Body Shop is the only place I will take my car to. Ethical, hard-working, professional, fair pricing and a local business with an excellent reputation. You can't go wrong. Thank you, Derek.

    PARKS COLLISION
We had a very good experience with all work being done as promised. Price was considerably less than 2 other body shop estimates. We are very pleased with the results and would use Parks again for any other body shop issues.

HARRY'S ON THE HILL Buick GMC Cadillac
While the Allstate claim was to replace the door, this body shop kept my car for two weeks and did not call to keep me "in the loop." I always had to call them regarding the progress of the work being done.
On at leas two occassions, I called to ask them to check under the car, as I had hear a noise like something dragging. Allstate assurred me they would cover the extended cost. When I went to pick up the car, I inquired about the noise under the car. I was told there was a "piece of wood" I must have picked up, and it had been removed. Three minutes on the highway, the noise was back. I returned to the provider and showed them what was happening (yes, it took me THREE minutes to find). The manager involved took off in my car and said he would take care of it. No one could find him for a while; however, when he returned, the problem was still very visible. I was told the insurance had not included it in the original claim.
The day before I had a three-way conversation with Allstate, the provider, and myself. Again I asked about the noise. The Allstate provider any I were treated rudely and I the conversation ended with both of us not knowing what to expect next.
Again, they had my car for two weeks. They never called until the day it was to be picked up. The lied about a fax sent to Allstate. And they did not check on a problem I had inquired about three times.
They were rude, slow, and did not return phone messages.
I encourage anyone who DOES choose to use their service to stay on top of them every day and to make sure your insurance company maintains communication on an ongoing basis. I will never return to them and will spread my experience to others.
Raised voices on their part only added fuel to the fire.
