" The installation went great- the only problem we had was the customer rep on the phone gave us some incorrect information which resulted in me having to make" an extra trip out to Best Buy- but the price and installation were great.

"The sale I have no problem with, the delivery service is terrible. I discussed how to get to my house and told the sales people that I have a very steep driveway." The number for my house if plainly visible from the road. However the delivery man could not find my house, he was about three doors down in a huge 26' truck. He called a number of times to confirm my address but even though I could see him half a block down from my address, he couldn't find me. I had moved my little pickup off my drive to allow him better access and mobility at the top of the drive with his truck. He refused to drive up the driveway and asked me to load the refrigerator on to my truck or to get a friend with a truck to bring it up the driveway. He is the delivery man, not me, not my friends. They stated that the truck they were driving was too big, and they would have to reschedule. They called to confirm the rescheduled delivery and asked if I would like to talk to a customer service person and I chose to do this; to make certain they were going to have the adequate staff and truck for the job; unfortunately after being put on hold twice and over ten minutes waiting I was disconnected. I am not impressed.

  • These guys are the greatest!  I bought my washer and dryer from them via phone order, as I was moving to Asheville from Denver, and arranged for delivery on 10/23/2013.  They showed up right on time.  The first thing they asked me was did I really intend on buying such a tiny washer, when I had purchased a full-size dryer.  I had made a mistake when I ordered.  I did not want a mini-washer at all.  I went to Provider name locked. , and I explained what went wrong, and the staff helped me pick a much more appropriate washer.  Back we went, they brought the the washer up, and it wouldn't fit the door into the washroom. After measuring the dryer still in the truck we found out that wouldn't fit either!  I went back to Provider name locked. again, and apologized for the trouble I was causing, and told them neither item would fit.  Now, if at this point, this had happened in Denver, I would have gotten a very cold reception.  Instead the salesmen all started working on a solution for me, looking up specs on units and checking floor models with tape measures.  They found two that worked, and we got it all taken care of.  I worked primarily with Provider name locked. , but each and every person there went out of their way to assist me.  What a wonderful and much appreciated surprise!
