I found this provider through the internet and was not a referral. I have been very pleased with the services and especially the level of communication I am provided. I highly recommend this provider

This hard winter did a number on my roof and I had a terrible ice dam problem. I sent an e-mail to Provider name locked. to inquire about ice dam removal. They were immediately responsive. I heard from them shortly after I submitted the e-mail and they were able to fit me in the very next day. They completed the job while I was away at work. When I got home, I saw that they had done a SUPERB job. They were also very reasonably priced. I know this because I did an investigation of prices online and found that Chameleon charged roughly half of what others were charging. If you need ice dam removal in Albany or surrounding areas, this is the company to go with.

Called him up and asked him for an estimate to plow property. Gave me an estimate of $100 per storm and would plow after it stopped snowing, and would not plow if it was under 3 inches of snow.
First few storms were minor storms with about 4-5 inches, and went Ok,. Not really a good plow job and was to provide salting which was not.
Some storms he wouldn't show up after saying he would, which left me empty handed, however I'm able to plow my own property, I feel sorry for the people who cant and are being strong armed into paying more at the last minute. Then the last straw was when we got an 8 inch storm that was supposed to be plowed the day before but was never plowed and then when I asked why, he stats he wants $50 bucks more. Not minding paying an extra $50, he tells me way after the storm.
enough is enough
I would not recommend this person for any type of work.
