    The actual experience in Bellevue in 2015 was very positive! Doctors, nurses, and hospital staff were friendly and helpful. On the other hand, the billing department is an absolute joke!! Ellis billed the wrong insurance multiple times (with months of time in between each mistake). To avoid being sent to collections, we footed the entire bill waiting for Ellis and insurance to fix all the mistakes. On top of all that, it took Ellis over 6 months to FINALLY issue a refund check to us after they received full payment from the correct insurance company. Ellis has no loyalty to their patients and it absolutely shows with their lack of customer service, attention to detail, return phone calls, and follow-up. Unfortunately, because of the billing department, we will never step foot into an Ellis facility!

    They had a special so the delivery was free but it was about $30 to take the old ones away. I bought it on February 7 and it was supposed to be delivered 3 days later. Unfortunately we had a super duper northeasterly snow storm. They called and asked if they could cancel the delivery date because of the snow storm. Then it was suppose to be 3 days later then that got screwed up and they called and rescheduled it. Then it was suppose to be the first thing in the morning. I guess their first thing in the morning is different than my first thing in the morning. That was the only thing I was unhappy about ti. A lot of it wasn't their fault because of the snowstorm and everything like that. The guys you deal with on the truck are totally different than the guys you deal with on the phone trying to get the schedule done are totally different than the guys at the store. You get bounced around trying to find out if it was at the warehouse or at the store. It was disconcerting to me to try to find out from 5 different people where were the items I was supposed to have 5 days ago. The money is good and it's less than 2 miles from my house.

    DO NOT WORK WITH MULLEN. Luckily we figured out how terrible they were before having to sign paperwork, so we did not end up using them. They sent a rep to our house to do a furniture inventory which went pretty well. But then it went downhill when I tried to book them as movers. In order to receive the paperwork I had to call 3 days in a row just to talk to someone who could confirm whether or not our date worked. Then when I received the paperwork, my name and address were incorrect, and the furniture inventory was also incorrect (several items were listed that we did not own). When I asked the person on the phone if Mullen had a satisfaction guarantee or could ensure everything would work out, she did not answer. I asked her this twice and both times, she did not say anything about the company ensuring the service would be satisfactory. This did not give us confidence that we would be able to have a smooth moving experience. I later got an email from a person named Marylynn about why we had not signed the paperwork. First of all, I had already sent them an email saying we would not be signing, so this just further showed their disorganization. When I told her why we wouldn't be signing (I gave all the reasons listed above), I never received a response. Again, it is clear that none of the employees believe in or care about the reputation of their company. I'm sure their service is horrible so I would never use them.

    Excellent! Peter has helped me with many repairs, washers, dryers, refrigerators, sewing machines. He is most reliable and efficient. Has saved me money on many occasions. Peter is extremely knowledgeable and I have utilized his services for over 30 years. I highly recommend Decher's Repair Service! He is all around excellent!!

    The first time was a same day move and they responded to my problem quickly. That move was done smoothly and professionally and, important to me, not overcharging me because of the short notice.     New Comer Funerals and Cremations has enjoyed a less than happy reputation in the Albany area but one scathing report on the local Smalbany blog entitled "Birds of a Feather? Lying down with dogs? The Politics of Funeral Corporations...." at pretty much sums it up. Seems they hired a real bizarro with a really crazy history, no ethics, and some real character problems to be one of their professional licensed funeral directors. Well, we didn't expect any better from the "Factory Funeral Service" provider. Apparently, they don't care enough to vet their hires or to get references. Read the article and be afraid.

    They fixed it, charged me a reasonable price and I couldn't have had better service. I appreciate this type of company that didn't say - we don't do that type of thing (they weld and fix trucks, etc). I got the lamp shade back the next day - the service was professional, fast, and accurate. Thanks Govel Welding!!!

    Everything went great. Ken was there when he said he would be, even a little early. Gave me a great estimate on the assortment of things I needed. I changed a few plans on things I wanted done and how I wanted them done and Ken was very accommodating. Finished in 1 day, no issues.

    Very well. Kathy was helpful, professional, and walked us through the process. She knows the questions to ask to get you the finished product you need. Ours has interactive items, too, and she di a wonderful job incorporating it all. She was timely, efficient, and provided wonderful follow up long after the job was done.

    I just called to open up wifi, and the lady convinced me to sign up for a different package. I was not happy with the information that they provided to me. They were supposed to waive the activation fee, but that was never the case.
