  • His office is very prompt - they appreciate timeliness and you will also, as a result.  I've NEVER seen an office run so-on-time, every time.  we've only had well-visits (regular check-ups) because our baby has been pretty healthy, and because they are very available during off-hours and return calls promptly.  we've called a number of times, at wee-hours of the night, for unexpected symptoms and/or incidents and followed the advice without requiring an office visit.  As mentioned by others, the office/rooms are 'kid-friendly.'  They accommodate your preferences, for instance, if you want a staggered immunization schedule or a routine schedule.  Come prepared with your questions and concerns and expect the answers and feedback.  If there is any critique, it's that some of the injections were not as smooth as most, which probably comes with nurse experience - but our baby is fine nonetheless.  And if you've never had a child before, you'll learn there are many injections to be had.

  • My son had fevers almost every other week during the flu season and usually these fevers would go away after 2-3 days. This time around my son was getting very high fevers [>105F], so the Doctor called us to her office immediately and made sure that she opened up an appointment time slot for us. Examined my son and upon finding that he did not seem to have an ear infection she told us that "I will treat him, but first I want to find out exactly what is wrong". She prescribed a blood test and x-Provider name locked. and kept following up with us via phone all the time. My son ultimately was in the hospital [Albany Med] for 3 days and in the end it turned out to be a viral fever that got him pretty bad. We liked the way Dr. Provider name locked. was patient and reasonable with us during this time when we were tense. She seemed to be genuinely care about the condition of our child and kept following up with the hospital.
