Prior to the service the son of the owner was in constant contact with us. He was delayed with other jobs and therefore he discounted us the amount of some additional digging equipment, which was fair.
As requested I had the sprinkler people Provider name locked. our yard. I was told that since I did this any breakage would be paid for by them. Well, their trucks cracked some of our pipes and broke others. When I spoke to the son, he very rudely told me that was my problem, they would not pay for the repairs. Then when the town of Colonie came to inspect the job, they asked for more back fill because the soil had eroded around the front part of the bilco door. Once again this fabulous company was contacted. Their response was that it wasn't their fault, it was mine because I didn't have gutters. Mind you that this door is on the side of my house and the eroded part was more than six feet away from the house. Those must of been some gutters I needed to install! Anyways, my general contractor, who had recommended these clowns ended up hauling in dirt and doing Loeher's job. I doubt he will be recommending them in the future.

I purchased a vacant lot next to my home that another house previously stood on. Because of the sloping grade of the land, it was pretty much impossible to do anything with the property... Until we met Pat...
Pat offered me a very reasonable price and was able to take care of it within days of our meeting. He was punctual and very easy to work with. During the project he asked what I wanted and his work far exceeded our expectations! He carved out the areas where retaining walls will go, leveled an area for a shed and fluffed the extra fill so it will be easier to move when the time comes.
I got an estimate last year that was triple the price and really didn't think I'd ever be able to afford having the foundation for our landscaping project completed. I was very fortunate to find Pat on Craigslist.
I would recommend him in a minute and will be using him again.

Provider name locked. had a positive, can-do attitude. Provider name locked. put in full days. He and his crew were here when or before he said he'd be. They took precisely timed breaks and lunches. They worked on a Saturday.
The job involved cutting through large root masses and hardpan clay. As I wanted to save the original sidewalk, Provider name locked. had to move and replace large sidewalk squares. Precast steps also had to be moved.
In order to access the cellar, Provider name locked. had to fix a misaligned door lock. In addition, his crew painted a small area of bare wood behind the precast steps, and placed a Provider name locked. under the porch to keep out a skunk.
The precast steps were replaced better than originally installed. The clean-up and reseeding of grass was so neat that no one would know I had sewer work done.
Clean water comes into the house, and goes out by way of the new sewer line.
